Spent almost half hour in line . Got home max and cheese was ice cold mind u we have NO power which is why we went to arbys spent almost 50$ for cold food and the hamburger wasn’t cooked fully and raw . I have two young children would couldn’t even eat their food and we’re out of power so wouldn’t go back .

The only Arby's I've ever been to where the food gets served cold. Even The cheese is cold. Total crap I just stopped in there again October 2025 a couple years later and got cold food. I called. They blamed it on the microwave. Totally pathetic for years. The worst RVs around this area. The staff is pathetically lazy

The manager Tanya is fantastic! She’s bubbly. She has a lot of energy. She charismatic and I can see and feel that she truly enjoys doing what she does and helping customers. She is not only a gem, but she brightens up my day makes you smile, laugh even when I don’t want to. If it was up to me, she would run the whole store
