I went to order and this girl started taking my order, only to stop and start asking the girl behind me what she wanted. They clearly knew each other because as I finished my order, she keep glancing at her friend. Then the girl proceeds to sit and talk with said friend for a good ten-fifteen minutes while the other workers were working. Then they all went in the back to take care of other things. I was not only made to feel like I was a hinderence, but then I had to wait because as soon as I ordered I was forgotten about. I asked for a refund finally and she came over. Didn't really say sorry, just kind of offered to make my drink. It took her a total of like a minute to make. I'm a bit irritated...

Why in the world would I leave a $3 tip on a $9 order just to find out I have to spread the cream cheese on my bagel myself. Why isn’t it standard for employees to spread cream cheese?
