Love Dunkin! My only nit picky complaint.... please, for the love of Pete, stop it with the ice. The cup is 99% ice and I get three sips of product and its gone. I mean didn't you already have a class action law suit about this? Just stop it. And fill your hot drinks to the top. Thats all.

Why does this location always have foul smelling and tasting coffee? Other locations i have not had this issue but it seems 9/10 i am getting weird smelling and tasting coffee

Absolutely the worst location filled with lazy people that don’t know how to do their job. Got here to pick up a Doordash around 8:30 AM It wasn’t until 8:52 AM that I got my order while they literally did everybody else’s order. These people are absolutely worthless.

they were all so sweet and the coffee was great! i was dressed kind of alternatively because we were going to the renaissance, but they actually complimented me on it! made lovely conversation and the coffee was made in maybe a minute. haven’t had a bad experience here!

Got two ice coffees,but both cups 90% ice. The flavor was good but less ice would of been a better experience. Also one worker so it was very unpleasant waiting around.

Here is a great place where the owners take pride in appe6and presentation. The food and doughnuts are great and fresh...the store had a recent face lift on inside...its great now...the door dash and customer service is top notch here...its attached to a gas station and a small chicken restaurant that also is good...its busy and clean...I love this dunkin doughnuts better than any other...the one in hartland doesn't compare to the service here...its at teggredine road and m59.

Well, unlike majority of the other Dunkin’ Donuts in the world that say they’re open 24 hours on google, this one really IS OPEN 24 HOURS. Woohoo, Right?
The man who took my order was very nice but we had a really hard time communicating. He did seem to get a little frustrated with me at first but I remained patient and calm which seemed to make him less irritated and more willing to work with me.
I’m vegan, so getting anything different than what i order would be a major issue. He handed me my food and asked me to look over it and make sure everything was good along with reassuring i was ok with the way the hash browns were cooked (they were a little crispy which in my opinion is the only proper way to eat them, so i was happy).
My order was made perfectly and the food was delicious.Even at 2am 🙂
this location is an absolute fail !!! Not sure what crew, family whatever runs this mess... but 8-12 mins an order is terrible.. everyday..... everyday it's overwhelmed and a total mess... just terrible it's so slow.

I think this location is too small to handle orders for families. The person who helped me was very nice and apologetic for the delay, but they could have used more help. In the future I'll order ahead at a larger location.
