The youngman that was our server was phenomenal. My wife has a gluten and Soy Allergy. Most of the menu is able to be made for her. We both had the Carnivore Burger, great flavor and filling. Overall a Awesome experience, we will return. A+++ all around.
I've been to the Filling Station 5 times now.
The people are very nice that work there. But everything else is inconsistent.
Tallow fries, soggy greasy mess.
Chocolate malt, not mixed large globs of ice cream malted powder still grainy and unmixed.
Regular fries, were good on one trip but tasted of old fryer oil the other two times.
Coffee, all 3 times was barely room temperature and didn't taste good.

My son and I went to The Filling Station today. Arrived around 5:30 pm. There was 1 person at the counter and 1 other table with customers. We placed our order, and waited. The place started to fill up, about 1/2 hour after our arrival a party of 5 people came in, placed their order. After another 1/2 hour we were still waiting on our food, when they started to bring out the food for the 5 top. We told the server to cancel our order, as they were bringing it out.
