So much attention to quality, delicious thoughtful food. Gluten allergy and just loved to see almost every menu item with a wheat alternative. Even tallow options instead of seed oils 😍
Staff was great from the time we walked in the door to getting food to eating always checked on us through are meal to make sure we didn't need anything will definitely be dining in here again
A five-star review in special hopes it has some staying power. This is a classic American diner with focus on one thing: quality. Seed oil-free fried products, hand-cut potatoes, hand-pattied burgers; the menu is a fantastic selection. The Filling Station isn't necessarily re-inventing the wheel with their offerings, but whoever the owner is does this with love.
