Anything Highland House owned is going to be good, but my last visit was memorable. There happened to be two Lexi pick up orders, and the girl at the counter accidentally had us pay for the wrong one. She apologized and immediately got management. The female manager (wish I caught her name because she handled the situation so well) gave us two refund options, which I thought was very kind, and then quickly processed it. Mistakes are bound to happen, but how they dealt with the situation made the inconvenience much less of a hassle.

Very disappointed in the Apple Orchard Salad I picked up tonight. It was a last minute decision and I typically LOVE this salad when I get it from Highland House. When I picked it up I asked the cashier if they had anything a little greener. It looked very anemic (putting it mildly). I also asked if they make it with Romaine (like the label says), because it looked like the stalks of iceberg. He assured me it was a good mix of the two and handed me one from the back counter. When I got it home it is literally the lettuce that I throw out when making a salad and ALL iceberg. The red bagged apples were actually more green! I can’t think of a single person who who eat this, let alone serve it! It would be very generous to say there is 1 full oz of chicken in this salad! I will not be going back!

I'm really confused as to why so many people rate this restaurant so high. We moved here from the city a year ago and I've tried this place a number of times and each time is worse than the last. The ribs are fatty, the chicken lacks any kind of seasoning, the tomato sauce they put in the mostaccioli has a very odd flavor to it, the pizza was undercooked, and the BBQ sauce they have leaves a putrid aftertaste. The only saving grace are the bread sticks which are truthfully amazing. Save yourself a bad meal and just pick up a bag of bread sticks.

Let's start off on a positive note. Their salad is outstanding. I love the house Greek dressing.I have never gotten pizza from them before so I figured we would give it a try. They must have rushed the pizza ? The dough on the bottom was crisp like it should be. But between that and the sauce the crust was doughy and undercooked. Made the pizza flat out mushy. That will be the last time I ever get pizza from them again.

Normally everything is excellent. Today the mostacholi was watery and greasy and the Greek salad did not have many veggies. Hope it is a one time occurance.

We ordered from here at least 3 times a week. We'd get the large 1-3 topping pizzas for 10 dollars, 2 at a time at least. Now, the same pizza costs you 17 dollars. It's one thing to raise the prices, but this feels like a gouge! It's a shame, and we will miss ordering from here.

Should be NO STARS!!! This POS place is the absolute worst eatery in the world. For the 2nd time the Highland House Restaurant has not made a large catering order. We should NEVER have given them a 2nd chance. We now again have NO food for a large family party. 2 Times No Food!!! Dinner is always ruined by this Shit Hole. Back in Sept 23 and Now again today. The staff are not pleasant, both times could not care. Do not give this place any business.
