Called for a takeout of 2 large pizzas a breadstick and a 2 liter. Told me to pick it up in 20 min phone call ended at 5:50 it is currently 6:40 and I am still waiting for my pizza drive the extra 10 minutes for the other hungry howies down 59 don’t give this business your money

If I could rate my experience yesterday 0 stars I would. I don’t know what the protocol is for the hungry Howies in this neighborhood (Waterford & white lake) but the pizza is either greasy or cold with the extra toppings threw on top of an already made pizza. Disgusted and displeased.

we ordered 2 double meat calzones and an order of cheesy bread with jalapenos.
Dough wasn't cooked, cheese wasn't melted, top was burnt. Calzones were destroyed. Couldn't even pick one piece up to put it on a plate. Never again.

Store staff has changed over the last month or so...and not for the better. The last three pizzas I've order at this location have not been up to park. Over cooked, not cooked enough, or excessively large crust on our large pizza (almost 2" in some spots). Unless someone is standing at the register, it's hard to get someone to acknowledge you when you first enter. I'll be looking for a new, weekly pizza place to order from now.

I don't to reviews but this one I'll do. I was down in white lake helping a friend move had we pizza for lunch. A happy go lucky person answered the phone. She was very very excited. (To much sugar or caffeine) She good at her job talked me into a large pizza rather than medium. She made want pizza more When I went to get the pizza im guessing this same happy go lucky person was working the counter greeted me. She was cute,nice dressed very personally Evie (I think is her name not 100%) I'd come back because your happy go lucky Woman ?? Evie hope that's her name bad memory

Your pizza sucks. Every time I've ordered, it's not been right. Tonight, for example, I ordered a small WELL DONE pepperoni and mushroom. It was barely baked and slices with no mushrooms. Last time for me.
I placed an online order yesterday and didn't receive my, barely warm and hard crust, pizza until nearly 2 hrs later. I would suggest picking up if you're going to order from this location. The pizza was pretty good reheated today. I would call and ask for some sort of resolution, but won't be ordering from here anymore.

The last several times that we have ordered delivery we have had nothing but issues. Ordered a Salad didn't get it. Ordered 2 pizzas and neither was right. Called the store and was told they would give a credit but they wouldn't give a refund. We have decided that we will find another pizza joint to order from. You can only screw up orders so many times before you lose customers the owners of this store need to check their sales because we are probably not the only dissatisfied customers.

This has got to be the worst company ever. I order from them all the time for delivery, and then they update their delivery zone and now absolutely none of their locations deliver to us anymore?! U just lost a whole lot of business... not just from me, but from everyone I know as well as ordering catering for my work. I'll take all of our business somewhere else. You are ridiculous.

Placed an order for delivery and the driver forgot my 2L of soda. When I informed the driver they did not offer to grab it and come back they just said “well I wasn’t told” and “call DoorDash for refund” (I did not order on DoorDash so I have no idea why I was told to do that), when I called I was told to call the store, the woman who answered the phone at the store said I would have to wait for the store manager and he wouldn’t be in until the next day. I called the next day to ask for a refund in the soda, I explained everything that was said to me and was told I can’t get a refund and hung up on.
