Feel bad but I have to say the girl at the register last night was rude. I felt rushed and as if I was inconveniencing her to pick up my online order. The girl cut me off to tell me my order was behind me as I was telling her what I was picking up, and I never got the Coke I ordered from there, but I got the water at least.

I never ever leave reviews. But I got a tuna sub today and there was barely even a scoop on the whole thing. It felt like I was just holding bread. For the price, I just won’t go back there again. Smh

Ran in for my daughter and grandkids for lunch. Had to wait for the 4 sandwiches, but acceptable. Daughter said they were good. Staff greeted me. Very pleasant.

Food is always good, just the workers. I don't know how to speak to customers. Sometimes you get the one young lady. She's wonderful who talks the rest of the time. The workers are just rude or offers or refused to speak. And then if you ask for a bag, they act like, you need an act of congress, just to get one

They closed the doors and locked up at 530pm online clearly says 9pm no manager at location just the employees grinning and waving through the glass door. Wow.

For the third delivery order in a row, our drinks were forgotten. Once, no big deal. Twice in a row, come on now. Three orders with no drinks in under one month…..this is absolute amateur hour, some changes must be made. Worst Jimmy location in the entire state of Michigan. This is the same location that once forgot veggies on a veggie sub. Never freaky fast. Absolute clown show. Poor management.

Came in here to pick up an order. The female and male employee that were working on 10/11/2024 are racist! They didn't acknowledge me at all and stared at me like I was a foreign being from out of space! Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

Cannot get delivery .4 miles away. Cannot order food unless I use a credit card. Cannot get a person to answer the phone if I try to call in an order. So many things wrong with this establishment. How do they stay in business? Tried to get delivery dinner 6:00 pm. Couldn't get it! Was going to spend $20-30 per person. Didn't happen because of the website and no one answering the phone. I will probably get pizza!!!
