Just wanna say we had the worst experience there tonight and my son-in-law and daughter had a terrible experience a couple weeks ago. It was 8 o’clock. They close at nine. My son-in-law asked for lemon and they said they couldn’t get any lemon because it was already put away they still had an hour that they were open and had plenty of time to get the lemon out then tonight I was basically told I was gonna eat a sandwich whether I liked it or not the way it was made I told him what I wanted on it and they made it the first time they put tzatziki sauce on and I didn’t want tzatziki sauce. I told him ranch so they took it back and made it a second time and brought it with Feta cheese and I asked for cheddar no feta and I was basically told that it was my fault it was made that way, and my husband told her to go back and look at what the girl written Now had written down and they saw that I had ordered cheddar cheese, but you told me that that would be the third time they were making remaking my sandwich And they told me that I needed to read a menu. I did read a menu and the one waitress raise your voice at me and it made my husband angry and he told him that he would just have to come in and have a sit down with Jim and we were treated very poorly in there and I wouldn’t recommend men going back and I probably won’t go back because I didn’t like the way I was spoke to and I wasn’t appreciative of the fact that I was basically told I was gonna eat the sandwich the way they made it whether I liked it or Not And we even went out of our way tonight to go there. It was terrible terrible terrible terrible I have never been treated so poorly by a waitress in my life.
They fired one of the best managers they could’ve ever had out there. She ran that place so smooth and people were happy with the way they were treated.

Everything on the order was wrong! Nothing was correct. We were told 15-20 minutes and it took 50 minutes. For a carryout. Chicken kebab was overcooked, not enough sauce. I also asked for red sauce on the side. Did not get it. The Chicago dog was missing the relish again and the mustard. The letters in the Greek salad was Brown. We were overcharged. Update your prices on your menu that is online. The only thing that was decent was the chicken fried steak. It was finally a large Patty again, but was cold. The pita that came with the kabob dinner was wet. Should have been wrapped in foil on the side like normal. Everyone was very flustered. Carry outs we're six deep. We don't like to always come in and sit down to eat. But apparently that's the only way we're going to get served correctly.

An empty parking lot at 9am should have clued me in but, I decided to try anyway. What a mistake. Probably one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever been served. I ordered a western omelet with hash browns and rye toast. The hash browns had to be sitting on the grill for at least 30-40 minutes. It was a sheet of rock-hard, burnt potato over mush. The omelet was dark brown with cold, unmelted cheese in the middle. And the toast seemed to have been “buttered” with vegetable oil. I took two bites and left the rest on the table with cash to cover the tab and walked out. Absolute garbage. This cook clearly takes no pride in his work, I will never eat here again.

Sever wasn't very attentive. My daughters breakfast was fine my grilled chicken breast sandwich was a bit burnt dry and the bun was so toasted it crumbled when I picked it up

Edit: long time customer here, today the girl with the red highlights seemed "out of it" and failed to do her job properly. Cost me my lunch break, and I ended up with no food. Those most they offered was a credit. They can't get it right here lately I'd recommend the drive to commerce. Much larger portions and better overall service Won't be returning,
45min for over cooked/burnt yet ice cold food, not even busy. Server was hardly around and about as cold as the food. Kid got his food last, was even cold and he was waiting 10 more minutes for it!
Didn't even try to make it right, was pretty much told oh well and was stuck with it and stuck paying for it! Picked at it and ate my toast still got sick.
Coffee was also cold, burnt and watered down.
Not sure if this morning staff is a good fit for the restaurant.

My family and me got food there and we got our drinks and nothing after that we never got checked on or she never told us it will be up in a minute. So we try to just for the drinks and waited another 10 min on food that wasn't up yet when we got home all the food was wrong and Melinda answered and we don't know what what you what us to do. Just poor communicate and service.
