I like this location, I think the location is very nice and friendly. However, I'm starting to not like this spot after repeatedly getting cold fries and not receiving ANY sauce for anything that is ordered. Even if I pay for extra sauce packets because this location is getting very bad at forgetting to put them in the bag, they still don't give them to you. Start giving what I'm paying for. It's getting ridiculous

Order the cappuccino and got a frappe when I told him they got the wrong thing they got sassy with me and said I didn't take your order and you said frappe! This happens at least two times a week. And the person that took my order talked a thousand miles an hour like on drugs. Horrible experience

Unfortunately, my recent coffee purchase was a letdown. The coffee was served cold, which was a surprise given my expectations of a hot and fresh brew. To make matters worse, the taste was off - it didn't have the usual flavor I've come to enjoy.
