Usually this McDonald’s is pretty good, today however my sandwhich was completely wrong. (Accidents happen, no big deal)Amber the manager was having issues with connection on the phone and even gave me a call back to take care of my issue! I wanted to give a shout out to Amber and the woman at the second drive through window. She’s always so positive and makes my day brighter.

Rarely eat at McDonalds but wanted something quick with my daughter. Went through the drive thru, ordered a Big Mac, got home and this was the bottom bun… a chunk of a white powder… is that flour? Does McDonalds bake their own bread now? Gross. For $22 for “fast food” I’d rather eat a frozen meal from the grocery store in the microwave.

Placed an online breakfast order with this store at 10:15am - got to the store right at 10:30am expecting to have my food ready....To my surprise, my food had not yet been made and the was told "Sorry, it's lunch time"....Ok, no biggie - I get it. I ask for a refund - get told it would be 24-48 hours....Then ask for something in replacement - get told "We might be able to find something"..... That's where ya lost me!!!!And y'all want $20 an hour with a $12 attitude and work ethic....

I am visiting the US and staying with some friends. We decided to nip in for some food and all I can hear is coughing and people hacking up their lungs coming from the kitchen.That would never fly over in the UK, how the managers of this restaurant are allowing their staff to work with FOOD whilst their staff are SICK is beyond me.If you value your health, don't come here
