Got pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Pad Thai was medium heat and bland all I tasted was like red pepper flakes no umami flavoring. No heat for medium as well. Btw this was 34$ total and very small portions for rice and rice noodles. Won’t be coming back again. Drop your prices and increase portions and flavors. Inflation is that bad lmao.

I've been eating here since they opened and usually a few times a week. If you don't already know about this place is has the best flavor of pad thai and thai legend. Definitely come try this place out if uou've never been here.
Go mild or no spice if you're unsure on how spicy you want it

I ordered the Gang Panang (peanut curry) without fish sauce and medium spice and received a dish that didn’t taste anything like curry at all, just starch and cream. My (non-veg) partner ordered the drunken noodles and said those tasted really bad, too. It’s possible that this was just a very bad evening at Siam Fusion (they were out of tofu, too) but this was the worst Thai food we’ve ever had. We normally go to Bangkok City Thai in Milford but they have been closed due to a family emergency.
After living in Thailand, found this is NOT Thai food. It might be considered Americanized Chinese food. Will never go there again.
Best Thai food around! Homemade on the spot!
House Pad Thai with the brown sauce is amazing with Chicken or Shrimp add tofu medium spice is amazing!
Drunken noodles excellent!
Rice dishes great too!
House Lunch soup & spring rolls very good!
I could go on and on…..
Great to support small businesses! :-) So glad they are in White Lake.

All I can say is YUM! The best house pad Thai I’ve ever had.
Excellent Thai food for reasonable prices!
The SpringRolls are excellent
So Thai food has been different for me since I use to cook at a Thai restaurant that recently closed down. So me trying to find a place has been a long journey. So I ordered food here expecting to let down and let me tell you. I was blown away. One I’ve been cooking for a while and I can tell when ingredients are fresh especially meat and there meat is on point. I ordered their Thai fried rice and pad thai. Holy Sh!t was it so good. The fried rice tasted like Thai fried rice and cooked just rice and the pad Thai. That was the star of the show. They used roasted peanuts something I never thought of when making/eating pad Thai. This place is the real deal that puts quality and love into their food. If you’re in the area I highly recommend you check this place out. 100/10
