Went there recently, waited to look at menu. Two employees standing in the back. After a few minutes one finally walks up and said did you see the sign? There was a small hand written paper stating the cooking oven and coffee machines were down. I'm not sure why they were even open!

Go to Starbucks at MEIJER on highland (M-59), skip this joke of a Starbucks. Employees especially 'Rae' has attitudes from the get go from opening. Drink was not made correctly the first time, skimped out on ingredients that came on the drink. Got home and took a sip, realized it was a straight milk with hint of coffee frappe (ordered a peppermint drink). Went back to the store, Rae had an attitude when I brought up the fact it was made completely wrong and hesitantly made the drink again somewhat more correct, still a sad drink and definitely not worth the continuous back and forth from employees especially in the morning.

Let me start by saying service at this location has always been great. I’ve never been so disrespected at any location ever like I was tonight. I took my two daughters for a treat and got us all the same 3 drinks. They made our drinks and went to hand them to me. Right away I could see they weren’t made right. I brought it to their attention they were not made right. The girl whose name is River tells me she will not re make our coffees. So then I ask for a refund and she tells me “we don’t do refunds” so I then ask for a manager. The manager apologizes and said she’s been “not herself” today and he will make sure he talks to her. That girl River was extremely disrespectful and shouldn’t be working anywhere with an attitude like that. If I owned an establishment or managed one and someone treated a customer like she did to me. Instant fired. Period. Won’t be back at this location.

It was moderately busy today, due to the holiday weekend but Julian was absolutely fantastic! They were friendly and efficient, not to mention the drinks were really delicious! They definitely deserve a raise for powering through the hoard of humans that came through the line like a boss. ? 100/10

Julian is a fantastic worker! Me and my friend came in at a SUPER busy time, and he got our food and drinks out so fast! Also, my drink was perfect. Dude deserves a raise.

The mocha Frappuccino was great. But their service? They had zero interest in expending politeness or engagement with me as a customer, but a female customer they were leaps and bounds to talk to. Very failed customer service. At least the drinks are good.
