The only Starbucks I’ll ever go to. Staff is friendly and has no issue remaking a drink if not satisfied. (Rarely happens) Sarah is the actual best and always makes me laugh. If you need a laugh and a good cup of coffee this is the place to go.

The lady working this morning 7/3/25 was very rude because she was unhappy I used the mobile app. I did this because she looked busy and she started making rude comments under her breath. I walked out.

Worst service ever. No greeting. Too busy drinking and standing around. 2nd time here. The first time the lady behind the counter told me I couldn't have a hot cup sleeve because they don't give them out. Order was just ok. The staff shows no hospitality

The man behind the counter was kind but they don't take Starbucks coupons. I'd rather go to the Starbucks in Kroger because they do accept Starbucks app coupons. The only reason I had gone in in the first place was to get a cup of water for my son and the only reason I was going to buy a coffee was so that I made sure to be a paying customer. The guy was kind enough to give us some cups of water free of charge but I'm disappointed that their own coupons don't work.

This is BY FAR the best Starbucks around. Sarah and Bri O. Are and incredible! They always go the extra mile to make sure tour drink and food is perfect. It's always a blast sitting there talking to them while they make your coffee, they make you feel welcomed and are a joy to be around. Sarah and Bri O. Deserve raises!!!! I pass up many different starbucks and coffee shows specifically to go to this store. Never have I ever had an issue with my coffee or food not being right and if there was they would remake it with no issues whatsoever. If you are looking for a great starbucks or coffee place the White Lake Meijer Starbucks is incredible. You won't be disappointed.

Happy Black Friday! I came here today to Starbucks. I ordered “Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino”. The drink was good but the service was HORRIBLE! The worker was very rude and seemed bothered was having a customer about a half hour before closing. So I told him “I hope your evening gets better.”

This is getting ridiculous first McDonald’s ice machine for a month now Starbucks can’t make anything but cold brew coffee in October. It’s been over a week now. How do these places stay open when there menus are so limited

Just stopped in 1:20 pm three employees standing behind counter and they told me they were closed.Every time I come here they have issues. Something broken so all they can serve is lemonade . They are often out of product. I think they need to look at their management and see about making some big changes.
