2 stars cuz my kid said he sandwich was good. At 1230p we grabbed a sandwich and I had to ask the guy to please remove the brown lettuce from my kids sub. He asked if I wanted the fresh bowl of lettuce from the back. OF COURSE I DO. Tomatoes were horrific looking and I said they looked like garbage but he made no attempt to have fresh ones. This place is gross- I'll never get food from here again. I wanted to just tell him to forget the sub, but my kid would have flipped out.

The guy seemed annoyed that I didn’t order online. Basically annoyed that I was there. My sub was good and I still left a tip…I kinda regret that. Never will I go to this location again.

Was extremely skimpy on both meat and veggies, bread was old and would not accept any coupons. Dude was also rude and standoffish. Prices are also 2-5$ more than the subways up the road and online. Would recommend never stopping at this subway in Walmart.

This man overcharged us for our 3 6-inch subs.
Our chicken was COLD after being toasted and he refused to fix it. Then I showed him I bought a sprite at Walmart and just wanted a cup for ice in which he denied me (being that I’m pregnant) I offered a dollar for the ice and he said he would have to charge me an extra 4$.
Had the worst attitude as well.

Overcharged for Meal of the Day. Chicken must have been frozen recently - possibly to extend shelf life - because my sub was toast and the chicken was ice cold in the center. I inquired about being overcharged and they wouldn't refund, just said sorry.

Absolutely terribly run location. Hours are 8-9 everyday, but they don’t open until sometime after 9? Unbelievably rude staff. Children below 10 behind the counters in the back of store and very young child crying. This shouldn’t even be acceptable…

I would give this place zero stars if I could the staff didn't have shoes on and there was a baby in the back room crying the veggies are terrible you never have good tomatoes and the lettuce is wilted and there was hair in my food not just any hair off you head but beard hair with the folical attached this place is disgusting and seriously needs to be checked out

I don't think it's right of the Indian store manager to have her crying newborn baby left in the back of the stock room at the subway. She was also very rude, unprofessional and acted like I was an inconvenience.

My husband walked in for a cup of water and the boy named Rio refused to give him a cup unless he was purchasing a sub. You have to be pretty pathetic to refuse someone water. I would avoid this subway location.

The lettuce is wilted they give you less produce for the money they charge and you have to remind them what comes on the sandwhich if you don't you don't get it

The Indian store manager at this location is very rude and unprofessional. This location does not accept coupons and does not like being questioned as to why. This store owner brings her children to work and has them behind the counter. One in a bassinet on tubes and another around 8 hanging all over the counters covered in a towel ....... The poor girl that works for this women has got some guts. She is a horrid boss!!!! I'll pass on the yelling and the attitude!

Unless you want to be told what you to get, and when you tell her what you want, she makes what she thinks you should have anyway, then avoid this subway at all costs. I don’t know if she was a new employee, but it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. i read other reviews of the same thing happening to them (on yelp I think). I did reach out to the company to tell them what happened, but they responded with “sorry for your experience, but we are always trying new things”…. like forcing customers to get more expensive items by placing them in an awkward position at checkout when you didn’t know they added it or changed it to begin with? Poorly ran, obviously. Don’t waste your money, and go to the one down the road instead.
