Taco bell is well, taco bell so that's a 4. The AI ordering is creepy, weird, and too much like a phone call support service and there's never any sauce packets.... that they ask you for.... when I get my bag. Like not one time in 6 years. So it's a 1.

The young lady was so very rude. Got a refund food was COLD & dry. Manager was not happy was very pleasant & is going 2 fix these issues. Will check back in a month or so?

It's taco bell guys...the hartland taco bell to me is the best...been to them all and hands down hartland she's the best job all around...but at 130 or 2 in the morning and you been out hanging it's still taco bell

I just got delivered my order for your Taco Bell, and I ordered a black bean crunch wrap, 1 Cinnabon 13 pack and a drink. The Cinnabons were very over cooked when I went to go take a bite they were rock solid and the crunch wrap was just poorly made. I took the crunch wrap out of the bag and it just basically started falling apart. I obviously ate the crunch wrap but I’m folding it just to eat it.
