Food was ice cold. My chips were covered in cinnamon. Cheese thick and cold. The 5 layer Beefy bur, burrito only had beans and beef.
The chix Chalupa was hard like a rock, cold and had 3 scraps of chix on it w a half piece of lettuce. The beefy crunchy taco had some stinky beef, half piece of lettuce chopped tomato. Nothing was made correctly or according to your menu. I keep going back and trying this location that’s closed to home! I don’t think there is Hope! It’s obvious nobody knows what the hell they’re doing! No one cares! My friend’s food was just as bad, both boxes went in the garbage! A big waste of 25.00 bucks! No more Taco Bell at the Waterford, Cooly lk location. Garbage!

Lady on the speaker was rude and when I asked for a side of chipotle sauce she had a whole attitude while I was looking for change and rudely said that she was waiting there was no line behind us and she forgot multiple item terrible service and the food they made was worse and there was multiple hairs

I waited 10 minutes before somebody asked me if I needed help then was told there was nobody to take my order that I had to use the machine then was told nobody could help me use the machine this Taco Bell is one of the worst I have ever been to bathrooms were dirty too and I seen a girl flicking her hair around didn't wash your hands afterwards
This was the best local taxo bell to me but ever since they got the AI service has taken a toll. It screams at you and is clunky in function. I have been asking for a team member to assist as I had a migraine and couldn't handle the noise level and the person was really snipy with me. I dont know if I will be using this location again.

The drive-through is literally a robot and not even a human being. They got my order in correct because you can’t really clarify with a robot. I wasn’t even sure what was going on. When I got to the window, the human being at the window did not say a word to menot thank you. Nothing.

We tried to get an employee to understand we were missing items and she claimed that the sides count as items and that we had everything and walked away. She didn’t say anything more or check to see if there was anything else we needed. We stood there and watched her walk away. I would give 0 stars if I could

I REALLY hate the robot taking orders.
Ask it a question and it adds another item.
BRING back real people please.
I also really hate that it's $35.00- $40.00 to feed 4 people a skimpy meal.
Food was barely fine.
Place an online order, I waited over 30 minutes and the status never changed to "In Progress". My order was never fulfilled!
