Everytime I place an order with the app something is always missing and it's almost impossible to call and complain cause no one answers the phone.

Just spent 30 minutes in the drive through after I ordered because they screwed up the order in front of me. Then they gave me the wrong order. Went back through the drive through waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me they also charged me for the wrong order as well costing me more money. Their solution was to offer me a refund of the extra money they charged and hand me what now is cold food. Asked for all my money back told them to keep the food. I will never come back here again this was the last straw. This place should be shut down! Sloppy food, lazy workers and constant mistakes.

So I had to go here 3 times just to get my order messed up every time. Like I said, 3 soft beef and cheese tacos, and they gave me a soft taco supreme every time. This place needs to do better. I also shouldn’t have to repeat myself 4 times to an AI robot.

Today i got a chicken cantina Bowl. I’m not sure how old the meat was, few days, a week? Coming with a bitter taste, dry, the rice was also very dry maybe few days old.the Worst experience and the worst stomach pain after few bites.

This is the fourth time In a row this place has not given me my full order, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable, fix yourself. Every time I order a cantina meal I only get the burrito. This is absurd.

My sibling went and got me a chicken chalupa supreme without lettuce or tomato. (within the hours of 12:00-1:00) I usually have to ask for light sour cream because every time I don’t ask, I get way too much. I had them ask for light sour cream and it seemed they put more sour cream than it would have had, before I usually ask. Not only that, the chalupa’s usually nice and crispy pita shell was destroyed on one side. Kinda looked deliberate. Half a chicken chalupa, because it looked like someone full palm gripped the taco on one side.

I don’t believe the employees truly care about quality same goes for the McDonald’s next to it.(granted it’s a Taco Bell, it’s not going to be amazing) the Taco Bell location in hartland produces food you can tell they bother to make with quality care (good for a Taco Bell).

I rarely eat fast food anymore. This is the second time I've been to this Taco Bell in the last 6 months and they have messed up my order each time. First time no mild sauce when I asked for a lot. This time they didn't give me my cinna twists in my luxe box. I will trust my gut and not be returning

Three different visits - 3 wrong orders. This last visit was officially the last. Ordered a burrito no meat - it was heavily loaded with meat. Old fries that were rock hard. Half filled chips. Nothing is ever fresh.
Avoid this location.
