Taco Bell like most fast food restaurants has decreased in the past 4 years in all the customer service areas. No longer striving for Speed and efficiency and definitely bottoming on customer service. Not to mention the dull shadow of what was once a delicious and diverse menu. Replaced with the same product in different shapes with more and more cheese. For greater cost than it is worth.
No one here knows how to make a taco! Don’t come here if unless you want to be disappointed! If you don’t like your job then you should have made better choices!

For being a newer location this Taco Bell sucks. I have been here and ordered on door dash and NOTHING is ever right. I decided to try it one more time. Asked for 2 separate orders was told no. Ask for taco Supremes and get just meat, cheese, and tomatoes. Ordered another taco in my meal, asked for no lettuce and surprise surprise there's lettuce. I tried calling up there multiple times and nobody answered. This Taco Bell is a joke. Andy, you should do your job because they desperately need your help. It's terrible. They are only getting a 1 star because I have to give them a star.

Thank you for the laugh you gave me. Waited in line for 8-10 minutes without the 5 cars in front of us moving an inch and said screw it and got McDonald’s. By the time we ordered there, and were crossing the intersection to go home, that same poor guy was still waiting at the speaker to get his order taken. This place has to be a front for something else because I just cannot explain how comically horrific this location is.

I ordered online tonight, Sept. 11th went to the restaurant that's basically across the street from my house to be told their system went down. I could wait 10 mins or cancel the order. Fast forward 45 mins later canceled the order went next door to McDonald's. Taco bell lost put on 50 bucks tonight probably start driving 10 mons down the road before going back to this location

I just ordered from there and every time I get food there at night it's wrong this time it all came out completely cold nothing was hot or even warm day shift her is amazing they really need to work on night shift it's a bad experience every single time we go

Today I placed an online order prior to arriving, to wait at the speaker for 15 minutes, then asked if I was with door dash… my reply was “no I have a mobile order” and the man proceeded to tell me “then in that case we just ran out of beef… would you just cancel that order?”
Two weeks ago, I placed an online order prior to arriving to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes, and the first thing the lady says is “the fryer is down it’ll be 10 minutes minimum… “ I understand equipment issues, I agree, I wait 20 minutes for my order to be missing items and burned…
Pick any location other than this one. I’m all done.

The wait is always atrocious. Waited about 45 minutes for food a few nights ago. The staff though is usually alright. Tonight the staff was very rude. We waited 20 minutes. Our food was cold cold. Fridge cold. It was wet like it was dunked in a bucket of water. Inside and outside of the wrapper. Taco mushed apart in my fingers. Will never be back to this location. Only put up with it for so long because it’s so close to home. Not anymore
