Taco Bell like most fast food restaurants has decreased in the past 4 years in all the customer service areas. No longer striving for Speed and efficiency and definitely bottoming on customer service. Not to mention the dull shadow of what was once a delicious and diverse menu. Replaced with the same product in different shapes with more and more cheese. For greater cost than it is worth.
I'll start this by saying I don't generally write reviews, but I feel like this one is important enough for it. I know a lot of people have gotten wrong or messed up orders, but I've never had an issue with that. In fact, all the staff is super friendly and today, because of a short weight time, they offered me TWO coupons. I'm not understanding the negative reviews. I'm a taco bell fan and this place has very polite workers. When they first opened it was a little rough but has consistently improved. I give 5 stars because this place worked towards it. Good job and ty.
