I been going to the white lake inn since 1979 and never had any complaints of any kind and has always been my number 1 favorite place in the state of Michigan and to be completely honest this place makes the rest of them look sick and puts them all to shame with Michigans finest food drinks and entertainment and makes you feel like family right at home this place is amazing

Great view on the deck but they had one desperate server waiting every table out there. We were there 70 minutes before our food came. Soup came out lukewarm so we sent it back to get warmed up. The soup didn't show up until after we were done with entrees and it was burnt. Probably a better place to have evening drinks on the lake than a meal.

I want to like the white lake inn so badly but thier service is always lacking. always! I've been 20x plus and we've always had to go grab a waitress. I just walked out after sitting around for 10 minutes while the staff were on thier phones.
What more needs to be said: lakefront dining on good food, with good service, lots of choices, and fair prices.

We had dinner here, and it generally seemed like service was a bit slow. The meal itself was good, I had a burger and my friend had their fish and chips. My main issue was the Cosmo that is on their menu. I've had many versions of a Cosmo and this might be the worst attempt unfortunately. It was (by the taste) mostly cranberry juice with maybe a few drops of the other staple flavors. I took two sips and put the drink to the side due to the taste. Unfortunately I was never asked if I wanted something else or had the server there long enough to ask. They also charge an additional credit card fee which is annoying as a consumer.
