Love Timbits but the girl working Saturday morning needs to be talked to about her attitude. Worst service. The girl did not answer me when I asked a question about my order she just mumbled back to me. Super rude girl.

I drive over an hour to get to work and I'll purposely take the long way just so I can visit this location because the ladies in the morning at 6am are AMAZING. I hope they know how much they're appreciated 🥰

Workers are yelling and cussing multiple times in front of my son. Non stop swearing absolutely ridiculous. Racial remarks towards Asians. This should be a quiet calm place to drink coffee and relax. Extremely unprofessional will be going to Dunkin’ Donuts for now on.

I’m from Canada visiting family and was delighted to see a Tim Horton near. Visited this place twice. First time for a medium size coffee and was shocked to have to pay over U$2.80. The same coffee size in Canada is C$1.92. My sister suggested may be the cup is bigger in US. Out of curiosity, I came back for a small coffee as had to pay over U$2.40.

Have confirmed and cup sizes are the same as Canada so don’t know why such a difference in prices. Perhaps coffee costs more in US? Perhaps tariff? Regardless, Tim Horton would not be my coffee of choice if I am ever in US again.

Storefront closed with no signage explaining why. Drive thru was very speedy though, didn't take long during Sunday morning rush. Hashbrowns were a little over cooked and hard. Breakfast sandwiches (BELT and bacon biscuit) were both yummy. Latte was very bitter with unnoticeable vanilla flavor.

They pick and choose whatever hours they want! There’s been times I’ve pulled up and there’s a sign that says we are not serving customers on the drive-through. Another time I pulled up and they said we can’t make any food, because we close in 12 minutes. I guess they don’t need customers. I won’t return..!

Ordered my donuts this morning about 630am the girl packed my donuts was wearing a red and white blanket she didn't even give me the right donuts I ordered 2 vanilla dipped donuts with sprinkles and I got Boston cream donuts instead not a happy person maybe if she wasnt trying to cover her self or trying to go back to bed my food would be right honestly it's disgusting that she had a blanket on her well working and grabbing food

Used to love this place. It's very slow now. Twice in the past 2 weeks, I've ordered a large coke & then when I'm already driving away, taste it & it's diet coke. The first time I dismissed it as a mistake. Today it happened again. When I called to ask them to replace it after my son's appointment (was too late for me to turn around), they let the phone ring & ring & ring. This stuff isn't cheap. So now I've got to throw it away. Taste your drinks before you drive away.

This location is terrible. There was one female employee that was so loud it was ridiculous. In the 20 minutes I was there she just was on her phone and speaking LOUDLY about girlfriends/boyfriends, etc she did NO work.

When I walked in there were 5 employees, no one said hello or acknowledged me. Had a breakfast sandwich and hash browns...Luke warm.

Very poor experience. Owner really need to send in some secret shoppers.

It was impossible to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting inside this establishment. The employees were SOOOoooooo LOUD! They appeared to be doing far more socializing than working. Or perhaps they all have hearing impairments and need hearing aids. They were shouting back and forth to each other and talking incessantly at high volumes about non-work related issues. I heard several F-bombs from a couple of different employees. What kind of work culture is this?? There appeared to be one employee quietly working away while all the others just stood around being loud and wasting time. There's simply no excuse for an eatery like Tim Hortons to be this unpleasantly loud. Where is the manager?? Ah, they were probably one of the employees yacking it up at high volume...setting a great example for other employees. A regional manager should discretely check in on this location. There are some issues that need addressing. How many customers have these ridiculously loud employees scared away already? I won't be coming back.

This is my neighborhood Tim Hortons. They make the prettiest drinks. The donuts are always fresh and the lunch items are very good. The app is excellent for deals also. The service is super fast here and the employees are very nice.
