From 3 years ago: New employees or something? Way better than it was a few years ago! I think his name was Mike that took our order. I was really impressed with this Tubbys. Definitely made me one satisfied costumer:)
I’m updating my review. This place was great. 3 years ago. Now I call and they NEVER have gluten free bread. First few guys were nice about it saying they would get more in the following Monday. I call today and the lady who answered the phone was extremely snotty. I asked when would they have the gluten free bread in and if they could order more because they always run out. Which would make sense to a logical person. She just snottily said “we will do that thank youuu” and hung up. I may try one more time in a few weeks before I give up on this tubbys completely.

Great management n awesome staff food is amazing!!!! That was back before Jordan sold it but now that Mike took it over I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come here n eat when I worked there when Mike took over I seen a lot of handling the register n money no gloves on goes straight to the grill n grabs meat n throws it on the grill then makes the rest of it if meat happens to drop on the floor it's picked up n put on the grill ????

Stopped for lunch today and the person working was very personable. Made us two great sandwiches. Had a smile on his face, made eye contact and seemed to genuinely care whether or not we enjoyed our experience. We will be going back next time we have a Tubby’s craving.

Friendly staff. Steak n cheese sub was good. The worker followed directions on my order. Clean restaurant. They have cupcakes from Just Baked.
Parking: Shared at gas station. It's not a problem if they are not busy

11/12/23, 3:00pm.... Not exactly sure what I did wrong as a customer. If you are the owner of this restaurant please tell me how I can be a better customer. I've been coming here about once a month for a long time now. I came in today to surprise my wife with a few cupcakes. I stood at the register for few minutes while the young lady took someone's order when the just walked in. I continued to stand there and again she kept ignoring me. I politely asked a few times if I could place an order... nothing.... maybe she didn't hear me I thought. I then moved over to the counter where the cold side items are and she looked at me a few times. I finally asked if I could please an order and I know she heard me.... she says oh yea step over here. I'm thinking good, so I commented that I tried to get her attention a few times and her reply is "oh yea, we've been busy". I politely excused myself thinking ok, well I probably should take my business someplace else because you are "too busy". Look I know finding help is hard, and I have seen this young lady every time I've stopped in over the past 2 months. Maybe she's just tired of working - I'm not too sure. Like I said in the beginning, maybe I need to leave a bigger tip on the pop up screen next to the register.... got my own thoughts on that pushy sales tactic right there.
