I had the most amazing experience in the drive thru tonight. The girl at the window, McKenzie, went out of her way to make my experience amazing and left me a very nice note with my food wishing me a good night. The food was also hot and service was quick! I will definitely be back and recommend this Arby's to everyone!

Arby's has been my 2nd favorite restaurant since I was a toddler, and it has amazing chicken. If you're looking for something to eat on a road trip, get Arby's!! You won't regret it!

The last two times we have visited the Whitehall, mi. Location, the food was good except the French fries were not hot. The atmosphere was clean but very cold. Had to wear our winter coats. Food got cold fast. I asked if the heat was broken and the server said that they have no control over the heat that a location in Georgia controlled the store’s environment controls. Too cold for us. Will be going to a different location if it doesn’t improve.

Ordered those fried Mac n cheese bites and I have no idea how they thought it was okay to serve these. Burnt, gross, can tell the oil was dirty as well.

Our basement flooded during torrential rains, and we rain out to pick up food during our attempts at stopping the water from continuing to pour in. The manager (Britt I believe) noticed my frustration and covered our bill. It was an act of kindness that lifted our spirits on a very awful night. If this place has someone like that running it they are lucky to have her!!!
