Ordered 1 double and 1 classic, extra arbys sauce and a mocha. Got home which is 45 mins away. And only had 1 sandwich.
Sure screwed up our dinner.

I placed a door dash order for my family, the restaurant set the order out for the dasher to pick up with half of the items missing in the bags, and no drinks. Door dashing food isn’t cheap, it was almost $50 and I got about $20 of the food I ordered delivered to me. When I called and complained about half my order not being delivered, they blamed the door dasher to cover their own butt, and told me to just come pick it up. Also one of the sandwiches wasn’t even right. I’m done with Arby’s in Whitehall, they screw something up/forget items every time I order from them. Unbelievably bad service

This is by far the worst Arby's I have been to. It's my fault for going back. I guess I figured it would change but nope. EVERY single time I've been to this Arby's something has been wrong. Yes I said EVERY. If it's not ants in my pop it's something they forgot or like this last time just plain out gave me something different. That's dollars upon dollars that I have earned and waisted at this restaurant. All the manager could say over the phone was I'm sorry that was my fault. Can you drive all the way back here so I can give you your French dip. LMFAO. Ya so my French dip can cost me even more with the cost of gas.Ya know back in the day when I worked at Arby's we were here to a higher standard then all the other fast food restaurants. Brian Forester was our manager and he was on top of it. It's pretty sad that this isn't my first time complaining about this place and NOTHING gets done. The least a million dollar company could do was not charged their customers for the food when it's the company's fault.

Complete horrible service and management. Workers aren't even trained properly. Or this establishment is just cheap? Not sure..but for some reason they can't afford sauces. I didn't know i had to REQUEST a sauce that is suppose to be PROVIDED with the order. I mean do I have to come inside and do your job for you??

Don't waste your money on the nugs. Significantly underwhelming compared to the picture and barely edible. Good thing I added on a $9 sandwich because I fed the nug bowl to the dogs. $21 for a lunch meal is wild.

Crinkle fries were warm, not hot. Classic beef and cheddar sandwiches were sauced only on half of the sandwich. I wasn't offered extra horsey or Arby's sauce packets. Drinks had no ice in them and I do mean no ice.
Very pleasant visit! We stopped in from out of town and the food was delicious and we received our order without any problems, and the service was great, so nice, and accommodating! Bathrooms were very clean too.

I pulled into the Arby’s drive-thru with hunger in my soul and hope in my heart. Little did I know, I was entering a purgatory from which few return unchanged. I placed my humble order—a sandwich, some curly fries, a whisper of sauce. And then… silence. Minutes passed. Then more. Time fractured. I watched birds live full lives in the branches above. My gas tank wept. I aged visibly. Families behind me honked, but there was no movement. Just stillness. A stillness so profound, it echoed in my bones. I questioned everything—life, love, roast beef. When I finally reached the window (weeks later, it seemed), they handed me my food without a word. No apology. No explanation. The fries were cold. The meat was limp. My spirit? Crushed. I drove off not as a man satisfied, but as a shadow—emptied, forgotten, betrayed. Arby’s, you broke me. You have the meats, but you stole my time… and I shall never forgive you.
