I just wanted to share my recent experience with Big John's Pizza... I work and live in Whitehall; I wanted some lunch while at my office and hoped to have it delivered. I had pizza on my mind. I am kind of picky about pizza, I don't care for the chain restaurants stuff as it doesn't taste good to me. So, we called Big John's. Now this was in the middle of lunch rush hour... It was the BEST pizza I have had in years! ordered & delivered in 45 minutes flat! So happy they are still here in the community of Whitehall! We will be calling again

Wouldn’t go back, we stayed at a Whitehall motel on Labor Day. We ordered a pizza from Big Johns and we got a burnt pizza and the wings that weren’t really edible, I called back and complained and the man on the phone said it’s the end of the night and we were really busy because of the holiday! He never filed any paperwork so when I went in to complain they said it was too long after they were closed for a week for a vacation and I don’t live in Whitehall. We went in as a couple and complained again and finally were reimbursed for a pizza pie!!
