I love BIGGBY but it’s unrealistic to limit one transaction per vehicle in the drive through and I’ve not experienced that at other locations. I would however like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to try Colby’s Café & Brew! Great drive through service that accepts multiple transactions per vehicle, locally owned and operated as well, and is appreciative of the tips they receive without having to ask for them. Thanks BIGGBY Whitehall crew! We will def be returning to Colby’s Café & Brew.

This place is so incredibly SLOW despite having 5 girls up front just giggling and not working not to mention everytime I come the coffee is always made different how hard is it to make a simple coffee. If you need coffee definitely go to Muskegon

This is a complete scam of a coffee place. Horrid staff, scam you will fake coupons, and burn the coffee
They are so polite and trying to make a living! Some people out there think it's ok to not tip at all and that's messed up, if you were served, tip and if you have a complaint I'm sure if your reasonable about how you bring it up, you will get a reasonable response but if you having a bad morning don't bring others down with you. I think they do a great job of servicing the locals and continuing to have my repeat business!
