Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because they were under staffed and only had one gal working....so it took awhile longer to get food out. Understandable but not acceptable. Food was fresh and I customized everything and it was all made correctly. That's a hard find anymore......things made correctly it seems... Overall I was pleased

I was blown away at the service and over all experience at this Burger King today. It was so clean, and smelled good. The bathrooms were clean, and had a floor mat in front of the urinal. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Its good to see a franchise that cares! Thank you all for this awesome experience. I will give BK my business when in the area! 10 🌟 well done!

Ordered food ate the onion rings were so soggy and the burger didn't taste right I also got so sick
The burger was not fresh , cold and the cheese was not melted on the burger. the only reason I didn't go back and complain because I had just finish a music gig and it was late . I was trying to get back to Lansing, Michigan at a decent time . Never again will I buy anything from that burger King . Poor management and customer service!
