As a whitehall native I can confirm that quality and value has not changed in 30 years. Mr Chen is a valued member of our community and I can't wait to visit over and over now that I've moved home. I wish the dining room was open but I understand the hit that they took after the pandemic as a small business
We are summer residents And for the past 30 years , their food is always fresh and taste great I travel for a living and I’ve had Chinese food around the US. This is some of the best.
Really nice looking place only carry out. The eggroll was exactly the same as the last space we stopped at somewhat mediocre with chewy, pork and undercooked but the menu looked really nice and the place is really cool that you can’t eat inside of.
