Colby's Cafe & Brew

I love the food and coffee but twice I sat at the drive thru and first time I eventually got my order and was perfect and the second time over 10 minutes and ignored. Ended up going to Biggby. I love the place but don't want to come in every time

I love Colby's so I'm bummed to have to write this review. I ordered a burger last night at 6:40pm (20 minutes til close). It was still raw. The staff seemed more interested in cleaning and closing the store, which I understand, but the food should still be cooked. I threw it away to avoid getting sick. Bummed and a waste of $12 :(

Whoever came up with the Birria burrito needs to try it themselves and never be allowed to put a food item on the menu again. Also workers never seem to be in a good mood unfortunately.

I actually do recommend going into Colby’s Cafe for good coffee and food. However, I do NOT recommend the drive thru. I sat at the speaker and waited for someone to start talking…silence. After a few minutes of waiting I pulled up to the window. The people working just looked at me and carried on. Didn’t even give a smile, a wave or a signal that they would be with me when they can. They looked irritated that I was there. I waited a few more minutes and left. I ended up with a Wesco coffee when I really wanted that Viking Latte that’s so fricken delicious 😕

Our party ordered the chicken salad sandwich, the Turkey BLT, and the Chicken BBQ Flatbread. We also enjoyed coffee and the Blueberry Cream Cheese Roll. Everything was fresh and delicious! Will definitely return!

Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. We got sandwiches and a salad and the food was delicious! Clean and friendly place with good selection of both food and coffee drinks!

Really great place to eat! Felt that the prices were fair and we all loved the food that we ordered. Favorites for us were the Cobb salad, the French fries, and the broccoli cheddar soup. Grabbed a few carrot cakes on the way out as well (haven’t tried yet but look amazing). Only complaint is that it was a bit chilly in there. Will definitely come back next time we are up here!

We vacation every year in Whitehall, and stopped here 3 times during my stay for iced coffee. Twice inside and once using the drive thru. All 3 experiences were delightful. Service was fast and the coffee was great. Will see you next summer!!!

If you're a foodie and looking for brekky, go here. Ample portions, fair prices, food with flavor. If you want a big 'Murican breakfast with too much food and a heart warning with your selection, this isn't your place. Bright, airy, food can take a bit because flavor takes time, good coffee.....

The desserts are amazing! The portion sizes are so plentiful and delicious. Employees are helpful and will answer questions when asked. Restaurant is clean and well organized with many tables.

Excellent cafe with great food. The coffee selections are great with a lot of variety. The coffee quality is amazing. The ambience is good and servers are helpful. They have coffee selection on special occasions (Electric Forest specials).
