Colby's Cafe & Brew

Waited for over 29 minutes for food, got vitamin water when she told me I could get water, got told I could not get certain water, isn’t water, water?? Wouldn’t recommend when it’s lunch time.

I go to colby's to get the Lotus energy drinks. They are always delicious! The staff is friendly and always willing to explain things. A cute little cafe with good food and even better drinks.

If you’re looking for breakfast (haven’t tried lunch yet) this place is Amazing. I got the special Bruchetta Omellete which was very good. Hubby got the Corned beef hash dish all home cook def real chunks of cubed beef with eggs & Pete’s & 2 Eggs any style. I am not a gravy fan but he got a dude bowl that was generous in size and AMAZING so if you’re a biscuits & gravy fan, I’d stop in. My fave it the Biscuit sandwich with bacon , smoked Gouda and sirscha honey drizzle. It will make your day! Sorry no photos this time but will post next time!

The Mac & Cheese is Kraft, grilled cheese was just toast and unmelted cheese, no butter. Everything lacks seasoning. Overpriced, long wait time...I do not recommend.

I regularly go to Colby Cafe for lunch and small coffees and meals and it's always so clean, fast, and comfortable. When we had a multi-day power outage a couple months ago, I brought my boys to Colby for dinner and I was able to really just relax and feel at peace. I love this place.

I had to write a review today, though because I am recovering from surgery at home and made a small note about my meal when ordering online and they ended up calling me on the phone after to suggest something before wishing me well in my recovery. That is small-town charm and service! But Colby has the best of both worlds with big city flavours, menu, and vibes. I adore this place and wish nothing but the best for its success.

Food here is fresh and delicious! My new favorite is freedom lotus so good I needed it twice this week. Always a pleasant treat for the kids and I.

Cute spot! Just right for when you are heading home from vacation and have a big group. Delicious breakfast food. Although I think the bread for French toast wasn't stale enough. It ended up pretty mushy. Still tasted good tho.

Pretty good coffee and food. But the wait time is definitely getting out of hand. There doesn’t seem to be a process, and it’s around 25 minutes for a coffee and a muffin…

This is a wonderful town and an absolutely great place to eat for breakfast and coffee... everything we had tasted amazing!! Wish we could have stayed longer to go again... loved it!

Do yourself a favor and stop into Colby's. We enjoyed the asparagus omelette (only in season a short time) and biscuits and gravy (we had a half order... it's big) the service, atmosphere, and oh, yes! the coffee was delightful!!

Good food and a fresh atmosphere and menu. Portions are reasonable. A little pricey for what you get but not excessive. We will visit again for sure.
