My first visit about 8 months ago was a happy accident — great food, friendly staff, very clean, and overall a five-star experience that made me want to come back.

Today was a different story. I stopped in for a simple order: two coffees, two scones, and a bagel. We picked up our scones right away, finished them at the table over the next 10 or so minutes, and still waited quite a while for the coffees and a simple toasted bagel. The staff was pleasant, but there was no real sense of urgency, and the whole process felt slow and disorganized for such a basic order. Pouring a coffee is truly the First thing the counter staff should do.

Pretty disappointing compared to my first visit. I know they’re capable of a much better experience, and I hope my next visit feels more like the one that originally impressed me.

We all enjoyed a Meat Lover’s Hash Breakfast Bowl and they were delicious. Our coffees and hot chocolate were all good and came out pretty fast. I had the Trick or Treat Latte (pictured). Food was a little slow in coming, but worth the wait if you have time. Order at counter and they bring to your table. Very helpful, friendly staff. Would come again. I’m stuffed and only ate half of my bowl. The guys cleaned theirs though. It was yummy!

My girlfriend got French toast and the powdered sugar turned out to be Parmesan cheese (awesome) and staff acted like it was my fault when I politely double checked if the bread was GF. Her “grilled cheese” (emphasis on “grilled”) was damn near a cold cut sandwich. And best part was we had to prepay for all of it so we couldn’t get any of it discounted/wiped from the bill. Maybe having someone walking around the front of house at least asking people how their food is would be beneficial? Idk but whatever they have now isn’t great.

This setup doesn’t work, they’re trying to run a front of house restaurant, a drive through, and a regular coffee shop all at the same time with like 3 people total working outside of the kitchen/bus staff. Speaking of which the bus boy was the most helpful out of anyone so that was nice. All in all, they’re trying to do far too much and it’s not working. Also the inside interior was ugly, that could be preference though.

Context: this is my first ever review, I’m not one to get upset with this kind of thing if that tells you anything.

I took my mom for breakfast while we were in the area. It’s an order at the counter kind of place. The staff were polite and friendly. There were lots of drink options and flavorings. We had breakfast, and it was just ok. The drink I had wasn’t great but that’s probably the options I picked that weren’t my usuals. I would try it again.

It took 25 minutes to get soup and it was cold. They also gave me an end price of bread with it. The last time I ordered soup to go it was about half full and I paid for a bowl. Some of the staff isn’t very friendly also.

Great food and coffee. Sometimes it takes a while to get the food and drinks you ordered but the wait is always worth it.

Stopped in a quick (I thought would be a quick lunch) 40 minutes later and after I had to ask for my food and my daughter’s Mac’n chz came cold. She said she announced it would be a 25-30 minutes wait which we didn’t hear, which we would have had she truly said it. Very disappointed for what we bought especially for wait we paid.

My boyfriend and I went there to have a good lunch out, but the whole time we could not get over the off putting waitress with her horrendous bad breath. She was nice, but every time she came to talk to us, we could barely tolerate talking because her breathe was so bad. My boyfriend almost got sick from it being so awful.

The coffee here was amazing.

Waited for over 29 minutes for food, got vitamin water when she told me I could get water, got told I could not get certain water, isn’t water, water?? Wouldn’t recommend when it’s lunch time.
