The past few times we have been to this location the food took 20+ minutes to come out. When the food did come out it was cold, and the shakes were melty because they were sitting on the counter. They do have a gluten free bun.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

As far as big chain restaurants go. Culver's is probably one of the best in my opinion. Their burgers are very tasty and so is the cod dinner. I really like Culver's. Not so crazy about their prices. But it's good food and good service so I pay their price. Lol!

when this Culver's first opened we thought it was wonderful. I even highly reviewed it. however, the past months it has gotten so bad we will sadly not be going back even though we live Culver's food. Third visit that have been nothing but wrong! This time it took over 10 minutes to get two concrete mixers and when we ate them they had nothing but crumbs of peanut butter cups in each. . NO ONE ahead of us in the drive thru line and still 10 minutes. And when we get it it's barely half full! Last time we got a fish sandwich with no top of a bun. Also at that visit the chocolate concrete mixer was a vanilla shake basically when it was to be a chocolate mixer with peanut butter sauce and PB cups. When he went back they told him about the bun "0H yes, this happens a lot". Seriously ... wouldn't you have a ton of extra him tops left over!!!! The time before these two our mixers were all wrong even after they repeated it back to us. We have reported our concerns. Unfortunately the feedback from friends and neighbors has been the same. The owner and managers really need to get it straightened out if they want to stay in business.
