I would give zero stars if given the opportunity. Waiting 45 minutes for a pizza is crazy and the employees have the worst attitude I've ever seen at a food establishment. They need to fire everyone and start their hiring process over. I'll never go back, such a joke.

Always forget sometime last time was breadsticks this time the sauces. Give you a time is gonna be done and make sure you add 20 mins to the time they give you because it won’t be done when you get there

Complete joke of a franchise. Little Caesars business model is easy. You show up and they'll have a pizza hot and ready for you. Maybe it's fresh. Maybe is been in the warmer for 3 hours. But it's hot, and it's ready. This franchise will NEVER have a pizza ready for you. Never. The only way to get a pizza is if you order in advance and I'll give it to them, they do very well at this aspect. But, they completely fail at the core tenet of a Little Caesars by never having a pizza ready for you.

Every time we order from this place they either get the order wrong or when we pick it up it’s not in the correct box. We try calling and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

This Place needs to be shut down!! They never have anything ready!! Who has a one hour wait on pizza that’s supposed to be hot and ready?? On a Friday evening!!??? And they still owe me a refund because they charged me twice for my order and I been waiting over a year!

Lived in Whitehall for about 5 years now and it’s still the worst service and longest wait I’ve ever experienced at a Little Cesar’s. If you’re going to wait for Pizza in Whitehall, get the fresh quality from Big John’s. Don’t waste your time for Cesar’s cheap pizza.

The manager gal was in. She was wicked rude while angrily telling customers it would be over a two hour wait. Which was fine I was ordering advanced. I will go out of town next time. Absolutely ridiculous

Customer services is the absolute worst here I have seen it several times and after last night's experience I would highly recommend not ever going to this location manager or front end staff was ignoring the customers up front me and a friend as well as a older couple they had received the wrong pizza and we're waiting to talk to someone anyone really after waiting way longer than they should have definitely with only 2 customers in the lobby they lady explained this pizza us wrong she took the pizza to the back then returned saying the pizza in the box is what the sticker says that lady explained that was what they wanted and was trying to get the correct pizza made the front counter employee then explained again this is what they ordered and she would have to pay for a whole new pizza if they didn't want that one and that's when I decided to step in with years of Customer service and many years at a pizza joint I explained this is not how it works and she will not be buying a second pizza today you just lost me as a customer I had been waiting myself to place an order would have easy spent 40 to 50 bucks on a order but after seeing how other paying customers were being treated ill never eat at this place period do better little ceaser and the rude lady running the place won't be long you will be out of a job uper management please respond with contact information to discuss this situation further if needed
