They took long to make our food, it was 50 minutes after we placed our order. They blamed it on their manager, and there was kids inside the lobby when it was closed that laughed when we couldn’t get inside when they couldve let us know it was closed.

We went threw the drive threw we were told it would be a 20 wait, we were ok with that. Ended up having to wait about an hour for a hot and ready, a 5 meat pizza, and 1 order of crazy bread.

DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. We placed an online pickup order, went at 6:55 to pick it up, waited until 7:30 before we left. Never got my food, I'll call corporate about a refund. Unbelievable how this place is open. They might have just 2 employees in there. Seriously if you read this and voluntarily go, I have no words for you. What a shameful and pitiful establishment. Go to Papa's Pizza! They're upfront with you about the wait, (you might even get it sooner!) and the pizza is SO GOOD!! I highly recommend Papas Pizza in Montague!!

The lady who brought out the pizza couldn’t deduce black van could be a suv from the two customers in the parking lot. They had Karate Kenny hanging out in the lobby. 25 minutes later for “Hot n Ready”

I would give zero stars if given the opportunity. Waiting 45 minutes for a pizza is crazy and the employees have the worst attitude I've ever seen at a food establishment. They need to fire everyone and start their hiring process over. I'll never go back, such a joke.

Always forget sometime last time was breadsticks this time the sauces. Give you a time is gonna be done and make sure you add 20 mins to the time they give you because it won’t be done when you get there

Complete joke of a franchise. Little Caesars business model is easy. You show up and they'll have a pizza hot and ready for you. Maybe it's fresh. Maybe is been in the warmer for 3 hours. But it's hot, and it's ready. This franchise will NEVER have a pizza ready for you. Never. The only way to get a pizza is if you order in advance and I'll give it to them, they do very well at this aspect. But, they completely fail at the core tenet of a Little Caesars by never having a pizza ready for you.
