I ordered a pizza and a couple of sides to be ready by 1:15 and am currently still waiting almost 45 minutes for my order. I would leave but I've already paid and this is supposed to be a treat for my kids. The music is loud. While I was waiting a man came in to let them know that he's been waiting in the drive through for awhile and there were a few cars behind him. Ridiculious.

Placed an order online. Arrived at the estimated pick up time. Waited inside little caesars for an additional 30 minutes. They were playing music so loud when someone at the register yelled to the back the back responded with "What?". I was asked 4 times by this point the name on my order. Moved from the waiting area to the counter and someone came back again. I pointed out my order was 45 mins late by this point and was told they were understaffed with only 5 people. During my wait they had been moving people through their drive thru fine. By the time i got my order it was an hour after the estimated pick up time. Watched as they were semi unhelpful to a couple dinning in as well. Wont be spending money here again.

NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE JUST NOW! Ordered a large pepperoni and a large plain cheese, both with extra cheese. I get there after waiting 25 minutes just for them to give me two pepperoni, only one being extra cheese (or so they said because it had patches of sauce in different spots). So I had to wait another 10 minutes. There were people ahead of me whose orders were also wrong and they were waiting for their right ones. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at a LC establishment so I don't think I'll be going back. Again, not happy at all!

Little Caesars pizza ? is good and very reasonably priced. The service is quick as well.
If you like waiting upwards of 25 min for a pizza that's supposed to be hot n ready, you will love this place. Management has run it into the ground in what I'm assuming is an attempt to save the maybe 15 dollars in waste pizza, they opted in for the smart play which is to never have anything ready.

Its 7:30 and there isn't even a hot and ready made was rudely told it's a 15-25 minute wait for our food. It even took them 8 minutes to come to the window to take our order. Every time we come here it is at least a 15 minute wait. It's getting old.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered two pizzas at 5pm set for a 5:30 pm pickup. When we arrived at 5:30 we were told it hadn't even been made and it would be an additional 15 minutes and asked that we park off to the side to wait. 25 minutes later I went in and asked about my order. The blonde women that had originally told us to park practically screamed at the kid that served me that we had left even though we parked where SHE TOLD US. Unprofessional and Rude. Do better.

This will be the last time I will get a pizza from the Whitehall mi Little Ceasars. I got a large pepperoni pizza and it had 12 pieces also mainly crust. Thought it was a bad day and they would be better next, it was a few months later and they did the same thing with the next pizza. So last night I ordered a pizza with extra extra pepperoni and it had 19 pieces the pepperoni bread had more pepperoni and less crust then the pizza I even handed it back and asked if it was rightThey said it was fine. They have lost my business permanently.

2 inches plus around edges with NO SAUCE, CHEESE OR TOPPINGS....was supposed to have extra pepperoni but didnt. Actually more pepperoni on breadsticks than on pizza. Huge disappointment. I'll drive 9 miles to N Muskegon from now on. That store does much better. I don't appreciate paying for pizza that has mostly uncovered crust! Definitely would NOT recommend. Would have posted pic but didn't know how.
