First of all, I love McDonald's but the experience we had tonight will only get 5 negative stars!!! Brought a bus of 25 kids in, had called the day before to inform them we would be stopping and also called as soon as we left the game to let them know we were 20 minutes out. Waited for over 20 minutes in the lobby when someone came over and told us to use the kiosk. Everyone tried to use it but over half never received a receipt. After placing a very small order for fries, shake and a pie for the driver and coach, we were told they no longer honor the complimentary meal. It is absolutely the last time I bring a bunch of kids to this McDonald's for sure!! On top of that the staff seemed very rude and were not helpful in anyway!! Culvers will get my wonderful kids from now on !!

It’s sad when you go into a place to eat, and you have to order with a robot/kiosk. There’s a multi step process to order your food. This is the future? 😂 order with the robot, wait 15 minutes for someone in the back to come up and TAKE PAYMENT just to get things rolling. Ditch the kiosk, hire actual people. Pathetic.
The worst McDonald's in its own county and the three boarding ones. The Hart McDonald's is worth waiting for. Very rude in Whitehall. I know what I'm talking about look me up.

I go here occasionally on my way to work. Normally, things are good. For being as busy as they are, the staff there are far more upbeat than some other area McDonalds. I have recently started using the app and had no issues until today. I pulled up and the clerk said my order was not filled at this location. I double checked my app and it said store #190 Whitehall. Not sure if the app screwed up or the staff. Time and money wasted. Its my only issue I have had with them so Im not too upset.
