First of all, I love McDonald's but the experience we had tonight will only get 5 negative stars!!! Brought a bus of 25 kids in, had called the day before to inform them we would be stopping and also called as soon as we left the game to let them know we were 20 minutes out. Waited for over 20 minutes in the lobby when someone came over and told us to use the kiosk. Everyone tried to use it but over half never received a receipt. After placing a very small order for fries, shake and a pie for the driver and coach, we were told they no longer honor the complimentary meal. It is absolutely the last time I bring a bunch of kids to this McDonald's for sure!! On top of that the staff seemed very rude and were not helpful in anyway!! Culvers will get my wonderful kids from now on !!

It’s sad when you go into a place to eat, and you have to order with a robot/kiosk. There’s a multi step process to order your food. This is the future? 😂 order with the robot, wait 15 minutes for someone in the back to come up and TAKE PAYMENT just to get things rolling. Ditch the kiosk, hire actual people. Pathetic.
