It’s sad when you go into a place to eat, and you have to order with a robot/kiosk. There’s a multi step process to order your food. This is the future? 😂 order with the robot, wait 15 minutes for someone in the back to come up and TAKE PAYMENT just to get things rolling. Ditch the kiosk, hire actual people. Pathetic.

I go here occasionally on my way to work. Normally, things are good. For being as busy as they are, the staff there are far more upbeat than some other area McDonalds. I have recently started using the app and had no issues until today. I pulled up and the clerk said my order was not filled at this location. I double checked my app and it said store #190 Whitehall. Not sure if the app screwed up or the staff. Time and money wasted. Its my only issue I have had with them so Im not too upset.
I stopped in to get lunch, usually I get good food and service. This time I ordered the Big Mac meal, medium size and when I got to work the fries in a medium container but only had a amount of a small frie.

The morning manager likes to make nasty comments won't be returning thanks to her parked at the drive through waiting sign like we were told just for the manager to make a nasty comment after giving us our food as she was walking away she had to blurt out maybe if people could learn to pull forward to the person behind us as she glared back at us that nasty experience lost you guys some customers!
