I go here occasionally on my way to work. Normally, things are good. For being as busy as they are, the staff there are far more upbeat than some other area McDonalds. I have recently started using the app and had no issues until today. I pulled up and the clerk said my order was not filled at this location. I double checked my app and it said store #190 Whitehall. Not sure if the app screwed up or the staff. Time and money wasted. Its my only issue I have had with them so...

I stopped in to get lunch, usually I get good food and service. This time I ordered the Big Mac meal, medium size and when I got to work the fries in a medium container but only had a amount of a small frie.

Excellent customer service by the entire staff at McDonald's in Whitehall, Michigan on Colby Road. Manager Jordan was extremely pleasant and made me feel welcome. Jordan was dressed really nice. Food was hot and prompt. Restaurant was clean and in great shape. I would totally recommend this McDonald's to all who is looking for fast food. This McDonald's definitely rocks .
