Excellent customer service by the entire staff at McDonald's in Whitehall, Michigan on Colby Road. Manager Jordan was extremely pleasant and made me feel welcome. Jordan was dressed really nice. Totally hot food and delicious. Service was very fast and friendly.

Dietary restrictions: Love that you can get less salt on items and customization is possible. They are way better at it than Have it Your Way Burger King

Overall decent McDonald's but all too often they forget items or, like today, bring us a 2/3s melted frozen drink after we waited 20 minutes to get our 2 drinks we ordered. That's right, no food, just drinks.
