Cute, cozy building, and location with an amazing outside back patio area. Earns 5 stars for atmosphere. But loses its luster fast when you pay your bill. 16 dollars not, including tax, is too much for a simple sandwich on normal bread. The side is a tiny cup not worth more than a dollar, too. I'm actually shocked it's more expensive to eat here than Boston, MA

Back in town and try to always eat local. Specifically asked twice for napkins and plastic silverware. THIS IS WHY YOU TIP AFTER YOUR SERVED.. once they have your money, your on your own. Not even 1 napkin, with tip my sandwich was $18, why couldn't you.give me a napkin?

What a gem! We happened upon Pekadill's while looking for a place to eat before dropping our son off at Camp Miniwanca from Cleveland. Immediately found Whitehall to be a beautifully manicured quaint little town filled with stunning old homes and architecture. Pekadill's was packed but the line moved quickly thanks to the friendly and helpful employees taking orders. Backyard garden patio is such a vibe with tons of seating. Food came out so fast and was delicious. Vegetarian-friendly menu items were a huge perk - veggie croissant was so good!
