I ordered a footlong tuna. I got 4 little scoops of tuna and a huge piece of bread that the tuna did not fill. I asked for a little more to b told they would have to charge me extra. I said with the amount of meat you put on the 4 sandwiches before mine I cannot have a little more tuna? Answer, no. It's too bad that you have lost my business. I will drive to Apple Aveenue and go to Jimmy John's. They put more tuna on their slim than I received on this footlong.

I have gone to this subway for years. I have never had any complaints. However, today I online ordered my usual foot long tuna. When I picked it up from the store the bag felt unusually heavy, but I just went on my way. When I got home I unwrapped the sub and started eating. To my surprise the sub had like triple the amount of tuna that it’s supposed to be made with. I checked my receipt as well as my order I put on my phone to make sure it wasn’t a user error. It wasn’t. I’m not usually someone who complains to food service but the amount of tuna that was on this sandwich almost made me feel like I was being pranked. I called the store to let them know about the sandwich and I was met with a long silence. And then was told it was a new worker. The girl on the phone sounded young and people make mistakes. So I hung up and tried to continue eating. But I couldn’t. It was gross and soggy and so filled with tuna none of the other toppings fit in the sandwich. They just fell out. So I guess my complaint is with management. This new worker must be really new and should not be left unattended while making food yet. Yes, an honest mistake on their end but I am out $16.
My husband went in to get the family some food, and the worker at the time decided to sit there and talk shit to my husband about me... he was not very happy at all! Might want to be careful who you hire for costumer service! Won't be back until I know that person is gone! Unfortunately one of our favorites places to eat, guess we will find another place to go till then!

I’m a regular at this location and more times out of most the service is excellent. However recently when I have been going in a young brunette with shoulder length hair and obsessive nose rings has been giving me the worst attitude. My sub is always great. The other workers are always very nice.

Stopped in for lunch driving through. Was very happy with the service. They were wonderful. It made my day I didn’t get his name but all employees were outstanding

The guy working this morning is terrible. Got my order wrong at the cash register and wouldn’t change it. He messes up the last three times he’s waited on me.

A regular here, and more times than I can count they haven't made our online order (ordered 25 minutes before we arrive) at all by the time we get there. We then as a family have to wait for another 15-20 minutes depending on how busy for them to make our order. How ridiculous. Why offer online ordering if you can't ever have an order ready to go? Most of the time they blame the system not telling them there has been an order because we keep proof each time, the other times they say they didn't have time even though people walking in after us were getting their orders made and done.
