The food was tasty and they had a nice bakery section. Our food arrived quickly and service was good too. It seems to be a popular restaurant.

Amazing good food at this mom n pop secret gem. The portions were huge! Service was excellent and only a short wait for table of 7. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be returning. See pics of the food and the amazing bakery they have too! If you have not been and you're near the area I highly recommend you go. The kids meals are affordable and large portions and the kids loved them. We had a mix of breakfast and lunch foods.

The restaurant looked clean and it wasn’t a very long wait to be seated. The waitress did very well at keeping our drinks filled and asking if we needed anything. Wait time for food was longer than most even with a fairly empty dining room. My wife and I’s breakfast was good but not much for the price. Here’s where things get worse, we had ordered a burger for one of my kids and she could only eat half of it (large for a kids meal). I tasted the same burger and it looked like dog food and I probably wouldn’t even feed it to my dog to be honest. When we got home, my daughter complained that her stomach wasn’t feeling good and proceeded to vomit all of the days food including the burger. The burger was completely undercooked on the inside, red as can be. I’m not saying that this is what made my kid sick, but I wouldn’t say it wasn’t either.

Great little cafe for breakfast or lunch. Had nice place to the side to eat away from the door, bakery right up front, and food was good. The women’s bathroom had a nice changing table for babies. Staff was also very kind.

We were hungry and decided that The Homestead looked pretty good.............BIG MISTAKE! My son ate the Eggs Benedict and it was served on average bread but that's not the worst part, the hollandaise sauce must have been off because he ended up getting sick from it and barfed up all the hollandaise and Eggs Benedict 4 hours later! ......Also the ceiling vent from the central air was dripping all over the booths around us (thankfully we didn't get too wet). Don't waste your time here, eat some where else. ..... Waitress was nice though!

Girl spilled coffee on my dads arm, coffee wasn’t refilled almost at all, waffle didn’t taste home cooked it had condensation as if it was reheated and it was still cold, but all around not horrible

Bummer. 40 min wait outside. People walking out left and right. Not worth the wait unfortunately.
Try anything, it’s all good, especially the blueberry flap jacks!

Our first time visiting... our server was very nice. The place was clean, nice and neat. I ordered the Taco salad. The meat was refrigerator cold. The plate she brought back had little difference in temperature. The cook peeped around the corner a few times at our table, so I just left the taco salad on the table as the trash it was.

The staff are always very attentive. They come across very genuine. I feel like I am with family while I am having my meals here. Absolutely recommend as a great place to grab a quick bite with your loved ones. The food is great!!

Great comfortable place for homemade style breakfast. It is fairly small, so you do not feel like you are in a mess hall. Nice people and good food.
