I have been eating this pasta since the early 90s thanks to my Mom, and it never fails to impress and satisfy me. Now I cook and share it with my family and they LOVE IT! The Spinach Fettuccine with pesto, pine nuts, and salmon is our family favorite recipe! Thank you so much for creating such a wholesome pasta! �
the Carbanada ,(sp?) is delicious and an excellent low carb, lo cal choice.

I'm always happy to discover Al Dente in the best stores wherever I travel. I often stay with friends (when I can), and inevitably there is big pasta dinner whenever I can! A chef's dream pasta, it cooks in minutes and is perfect with so many of my favorite preparations!

Although the taste of the 'whole wheat' fettuccine was OK helped along with a garlic, oregano, hot pepper seeds, olive oil and butter sauce, I found that I had to boil the pasta for about 9 minutes, not 3. It wasn't mushy or over cooked - it was ---------------- al dente!
