We had the most amazing lunch, greatest by woman at the counter who to order, her name was Ms Amber, she was amazing hgh energy, great personality big smile, we had a very enjoyable lunch and will recommend and return. Thank you Ms Amber for making our lunch in experience amazing.

I give it a 5 star review because of its staff. They are the best people working in fast food, in the area.
I ordered through the mobile app, when I arrived at the store at 8pm the lobby was closed when the stated hours were till 10pm. I go to the drive through I am informed they cannot make my order and they will not issue me a refund. Basically this Arby's location robbed me, they took my money and gave me nothing. If you cannot make the food why are you still open taking orders and money from paying customers. I will be putting a stop payment on the money through my credit card company which is 100% unnecessary. This location needs to take accountability and make it right when they are obviously in the wrong. The customer service at this location is horrendous and the managers need to be trained or removed.

Every time I order their Reuben, I regret it because the meat is so light. I spend 10 bucks on a sandwich,and I'm asking "Where's the meat????"
