This place is a JOKE!!! "SHERRI" Thought it was ok to smoke and say they weren't open til 8:30am even though it clearly says 7am on Google!! She looked drunk or hungover! I did an online order so it was paid for! She claimed she didn't have ANY of the stuff I ordered! Iced coffee, sausage croissant and hash browns! My sandwich was cold when I finally did get it! No wonder it never has any cars in the drive thru! Corporate needs to do an overhaul on this place!! AND THE PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE!! FULL OF HOLES! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO A COUPLE FEET DOWN TO MCDONALDS!

Yeah so I pulled up at 7pm, it was empty. I ordered a double bacon whopper without tomato. I got it back, marked as No Tomato, Bacon added. There was just tomato lettuce and Mayo on it, no bacon. I paid 3 extra just for them to waste my money lmao. No wonder every time I see this place it's dead

If you’re going to close turn off the drive through menu sign. Waited for 10 minutes for the order to be taken. Drove around the building the lights got turned off, they were on as we pulled in. Pretty lousy customer service.

Very friendly team. Sometimes seems like they have a hard time hearing.through speaker. Food mostly good sometimes plain double cheeseburger is really small and basic but it's still good. (Which I suppose is a basic ? ?)

Ordered two whopper meals and drinks, none of my food was even remotely warm. My whopper bun was partially wet? My medium drink was only 3/4 full? How can a 50 year old burger franchise be run so terribly bad? This Burger King location has never been run very well, the parking lot needs repair and they obviously have no budget for landscaping upkeep like all the others BK’s.I should have read the reviews here beforehand, but that is supposed to be the beauty of franchised restaurants, you expect to get the same food service at each one, not “this” one though!On a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being good I’d give this location a zero. It’s really sad!
