Went a few weeks ago and a mistake was made on my order and my wife's order - no big deal. I call and _____ takes my name down with the issue and offers to replace the meals - was more than happy with the over-correction - didn't even expect this type of correction. I go about a week later to get the replacement meals, order the exact items that were to be replaced, and told that it was only 1 meal. Not even a big deal really, but I added that _____ offered to replace both meals that were messed up on my last visit. _____ then pops in and finishes taking the order in place of the other woman, starts laughing into the microphone, and I find out why when we get home; instead of completing the proper order, GIANT pieces of rubbery, overcooked chicken were tossed into the meal order, which definitely didn't belong and were clearly inedible as we ended up throwing them away. I guess she was annoyed and decided to take it out on us. In no way was I ever upset, nor did I act rudely, so I'm not sure what prompted this. ( Edited to remove person's name )

I legit had to yell at the employee making my food cause she was using her bare hands with no gloves o making my food and I asked when did you have to stop wearing gloves when making food she gave me a go to hell look and I told her she has to remake my whole order cause she touched everything with her bare hands I told her she has to wear gloves. That was so nasty I won't go back to this location.

Ordered today at KFC Two Notch Rd Columbia, SC 29223 Store # 665030 Ticket # 4609 and I ordered 8 piece deal and when got home and sat down to eat the Chicken was cold and full of Grease. This is what you call bad service and Bad Food, who do I contact??

I order through Uber eats and it would be nice if restaurant staff read what's on the order!! I ordered the regular chicken sandwich and got the spicy which honestly sucks! customer service is truly dead! some poor slob is also likely missing the large gravy because I didn't order any!

I ordered a large family meal. Sides were good. The chicken was over greasy and I didn't get the cake I ordered. You took from me and I am upset about it. They made me wait which is totally fine for a large order but that should give them time to make sure you get everything you paid for.

Why would the staff in Martinsburg Wv not care about service? Biscuit buried under my way too greasy chicken, turning it into a flat hunk of doughy poo. The Cole slaw is usually my favorite, until they turned it into a soupy mess. I love the Colonel, but his people in Martinsburg WV, 25404, should never be in the fast food industry.

I loved them until today. I ate a KFC CHICKEN POT PIE and gagged on I long hair. I tried to pull it out my throat and couldn’t. Then since I couldn’t see it I kept eating. Found ANOTHER long hair in my pot pie. I don’t want any more fast food! You can’t pay me to go back!
