They steal your money. I ordered online and cancelled the order. I called the 800 number and they tell you to put a claim in to get your refund. Well let’s just say I’m still waiting from the summer time and it’s now September. And their food really fell off that’s why they trying to give away a box of free chicken.

KFC is a great place for a meal. Went through the drive thru placed my order figured they aren't busy should be good. Wrong as usual my husband likes to get an extra biscuit so this time he wanted the one that came with the meal plus 2 extra. So we get home not only did he not get the extra biscuits he wanted they didn't put one in mine. Come on how hard is it to get an order right? Obviously pretty hard.

Went through drive thru. They are open later than other fast food restaurants in area. Great chicken deal on Tuesday’s if you like dark meat.

Forget half of my order, manager doesn't care what a inconvenience it is to notice all the missing items after you get home. Happens almost every time. Do yourself the favor and drive to kfc brighton
The food was not good at all. The fries tasted like fish. The ice tea was hot and they didn't want to give me ice for it. Did not provided plates, cups, utensils, ketchup nore honey. I usually do not have to ask for those when I buy 2 family meal buckets. I thought it was common sense.

I went to KFC today July 31st around 4-4:30 pm. and have to say I think it's one of the best KFC's I've been to lately. The staff was polite and hard working. The food was hot and delicious 😋. Thanks Vandalia KFC 🍗

If the chicken in their classic chicken sandwich gets any better, I'm going to be offended it's in a sandwich (yes, it's really that good). Highly recommend the fried pickles too. People are great, good vibes
