Picked up their 8 piece family package for $36.00+. Chicken had been cooked twice, so was burned, dry and tasteless. Biscuits were the consistency of hockey pucks...inedible! Mashed potatoes watery. Gravy and cole slaw were satisfactory. We're done with KFC in Centennial, Colorado.

Got home. No. Wrong again. (this is second time for this same error). One breast and one dark.

I ordered a chicken sandwich. Keep in mind, there are only 2 toppings to worry about with it: Mayo, and pickles. HOW DO YOU FORGET BOTH? Manager needs to hire people that can remember that at least. Its not that hard.

They charge extra for all sauces, none were included in the meal. It's a chicken place, and chicken deserves to be dunked and dipped and sauced up. Where's the chivalry? The honor for tradition? The respect for decency and sauce?

Went to try the new spicy wings. I ordered and they were done alarmingly fast, I figured they would be fresh. But I went home and had to air fry them to get them good. Not only that, but specifically had 2 buffalo ranch and 2 honey mustard on the receipt, and it says it was verified by 2 people, evidently not
