Best budget pizza. in the area, along. with Jets. deep dish. Whitmore Lake store is much more. consistant. than other. Marcos in AnnArbor area. Use better sausage too.

Amazing service. These guys always take good care of me and they're hard workers. I hope the entitled folks know that it's physically impossible to meet insane demands- especially the timing in which you recieve your order.

During peak rush hours its ridiculous to expect 2-3 people to get all online orders, calls, and walkins all ready in 10 minutes. They are doing the best they can.

Most of these complaints are from situations the workers have NO control over. Give these guys a break, and have some patience. Also want to note the communication is top notch. You can't be upset at that.

Thank you guys, your hard work is appreciated.

The best pizza around. Delivery drivers are exceptionally friendly. They deliver the pizza had their fresh toppings, and especially their bread is outstanding.

I called from Brighton to order a pizza the female employee put me on hold and I waited for eight minutes I even drove to the restaurant and asked why they left me hold for so long they didn’t have a response

I had a big order late on Christmas Eve just as Marco's was closing.Sam, Collette and Jordan opened the doors and invited me in and made my pizzas for me anyway! Thank you guys, you saved our Christmas tradition

I've been to other Marco's and love their pizza. I'll never be voluntarily returning to this location, however.
I arrived a few minutes after my pickup time and my order wasn't ready for another 10-15 minutes. Fine, no biggie. However, while I was waiting one of the guys in the back started making crude racist jokes and accents, and the other workers were laughing with him. One of the women tried to dissuade them but fell on deaf ears. I get it's a pizza place and I don't expect the highest tier of professionalism, but come on, man.
I should have checked my pizza before I left, but unfortunately only noticed their mistake once I got home. I just wanted to get out of there. So my husband called them to make it right. He was put on hold to transfer to a manager. The line dropped after 17 minutes on hold. He called back and was immediately asked to hold. Ok, maybe they were really slammed. But again the line dropped at 17 minutes. He called again and got a manager and unfortunately we will have to take a credit on the account since we lived some distance away and didn't want the pizza remade.
If you care about any of these things, don't go here.

I asked for double cheese, and it had a normal amount of cheese on it. It's not the end of the world but why can't I have what I paid for? A lot of pizza places these days give you a normal amount of cheese when customers ask for double. They figure, how are you going to prove it lol. The political leaders set the precedent and society follows the lead. If it was 1988 and Marcos made my pizza, there would be soooo much cheese. The pieces would be heavy. The pieces were light. They cared back they. Now everyone does the bare minimum. No flare lol This turned into a Seinfeld episode quick. Haha
