I had a big order late on Christmas Eve just as Marco's was closing.Sam, Collette and Jordan opened the doors and invited me in and made my pizzas for me anyway! Thank you guys, you saved our Christmas tradition

I've been to other Marco's and love their pizza. I'll never be voluntarily returning to this location, however.
I arrived a few minutes after my pickup time and my order wasn't ready for another 10-15 minutes. Fine, no biggie. However, while I was waiting one of the guys in the back started making crude racist jokes and accents, and the other workers were laughing with him. One of the women tried to dissuade them but fell on deaf ears. I get it's a pizza place and I don't expect the highest tier of professionalism, but come on, man.
I should have checked my pizza before I left, but unfortunately only noticed their mistake once I got home. I just wanted to get out of there. So my husband called them to make it right. He was put on hold to transfer to a manager. The line dropped after 17 minutes on hold. He called back and was immediately asked to hold. Ok, maybe they were really slammed. But again the line dropped at 17 minutes. He called again and got a manager and unfortunately we will have to take a credit on the account since we lived some distance away and didn't want the pizza remade.
If you care about any of these things, don't go here.

I asked for double cheese, and it had a normal amount of cheese on it. It's not the end of the world but why can't I have what I paid for? A lot of pizza places these days give you a normal amount of cheese when customers ask for double. They figure, how are you going to prove it lol. The political leaders set the precedent and society follows the lead. If it was 1988 and Marcos made my pizza, there would be soooo much cheese. The pieces would be heavy. The pieces were light. They cared back they. Now everyone does the bare minimum. No flare lol This turned into a Seinfeld episode quick. Haha

Marcos pizza has an entire new staff, with positive attitudes as well as daily specials, and new online offers almost everyday!

I ordered pizza tonight through doordash, and as soon as my dasher arrived (while still open) the doors were closed and my dasher was told that the pizza sat for an hour and they threw it away. This is unacceptable. The pizza did not sit for an hour as I had ordered it 30 minutes prior and the shop was still open for 10 minutes. They didn't bother to let anyone know or cancel the order, so my dasher wasted her gas to get there. Communication is vital. Both me and dasher are upset.

We ordered pizzas at 7:30 p.m. and were told it'd be close to an hour to have them delivered. At 9:10 p.m., pizza still isn't here. We called to get a status update for the second time and were told the pizza was coming out of the oven (again) and there's also only one driver. The delivery location is less than 10 minutes away from the store. While waiting for the delivery, our group is watching the Red Wings game. Several times, we've seen commercials for Little Caesar's. We all wish we would have just gotten pizza from there.

This place is like the other Marco's I used to go to in Canton, MI, before we moved out here. Inconsistent at best. Some RARE weeks the pizza is great. Most others? Not so much. The bottom crust is usually paper thin (I don't order thin crust), the crust around the rim is like 2" wide, and the middle of the pizza is tiny, seriously lacking toppings, undercooked in the middle when I order WELL DONE, and cut like a blind person got hold of their knife. They're constantly giving me the wrong dipping cups, or they forget them totally. THEY RANDOMLY JUST STOP ACCEPTING ONLINE ORDERS FOR NO DISCERNABLE REASON...which is odd. And their quoted times have been incorrect more often than not. If the next Marco's wasn't a 20min drive away I'd go try that one...but then again, I am sick of driving around just to get mediocre pizza...and this area is lacking good pizza options.

I have been ordering pizza from this store for 20 years. I made a delivery order tonight which was a 90 dollar order. I was told that it would be 45 minutes. An hour and 5 minutes later I call. I was then told I was next and there were orders before me. I then asked why did you tell me 45 minutes. This guy who said he was the manager was absolutely insanely rude. He hung up me when I asked to be compensated. I called back and he said he canceled my order after waiting more than an hour. It's a sad situation when you have ordered from this store for 20 years and then get this kind of customer service. I don't know who owns this franchise or how to even get a hold of them. I will tell you this, that person who probably isn't the only manager has now made it after 20 years, a place I will never never order from again. Beware of this store!

You have to order from door dash. We tip through door dash. The customer has no control what door dash does. Why did I just 2 people one from the whitnore lake rd he was a driver he had pizza carrying bag. And some lady at my door dropping Mt order off to tell me it came from whitnore lake? Like its something i did? Or I should give more $. 1st of all having 2 people show up at my Door to tell me that isnt ok. What is going on? It's unsafe, do they not know we order from door dash? Why was there 2 people ar my door to tell me that with my order. I have no idea who the lady was? Wasn't in uniform with the driver. Marcos driver I think. I called the store and I was lied to that they didn't just do that. Lied to me. I talk to the Brighton store they confirmed it was this store. Unsafe! Why am I being told this when i ordered on door dash? Who was the lady? I'll be contacting corporate office and maybe the police. That was weird. It was this store you know you lied too. They'll be able to look the call up cause it is recorded!

Absolutely appalled at the horrible service I have received from them. Forgetting items and charging an obscene amount for delivery when I'm literally less than mile from there and when I paid with my card the driver tried to charge me again. Sounds to me like the owner should be stepping up and teaching these ppl how to take orders and do their job. Under no circumstances should you have to babysit your employees to make sure a business is run correctly. Never will I ever order from this place again.
