Placed our order at 6:12 didn't arrive until 7:59. Everything was cold. We ordered subs, so by the time they arrived, the buns were soggy. Also asked for contact less delivery. The guy wouldn't leave until we answered the door.

This used to be my favorite to get pizza in my small little town, they are in their way out clearly. On a random Thursday I got a delivery time of 2 hours when it when over the 2 hours and I called they said it would be 2 hours so what’s the problem. The problem was it had already been 2 hours and they hadn’t even started my small pizza. It’s whitmore lake. You aren’t that busy. Give me my money back. Never got my pizza either. Plan on calling corporate tomorrow. I’m sure this isn’t what they expect when letting people use their name on their pizza boxes.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:32PM. Did not pay attention to delivery time- 9:02 PM. Actually arrived at 9:17PM. Stone cold.Last week, the delivery guy apologized for showing up after 1 hour, saying he was the only delivery guy!. Won't be ordering from this place anymore, even though I like their pizza, especially when it is hot. I'm sure they don't care.
Worst crew ever. They do not know how to run a business. Waited 2 hours never received pizza. Management argued with usNever again....

I ordered two pizzas Sunday night and everything about the experience sucked. One pizza was missing toppings and not cut into slices so I had to tare peices off it the other was barely cut. both barely had any pizza sauce and were almost dry the toppings were thrown on and didnt cover the pizza so on a large pepperoni pizza 4 of the slices were plain cheese, the place was dead when i picked up so super busy wasnt an excuse, the staff were unfriendly and a freak show. I'm not spending money here ever again.

If this were the first time I had issue I wouldn't be upset, but it isn't. This location is always a hassle to order from. Half of the time the pizza is raw in the middle and its very expensive. I tried to order my pizza on the new website and there was no way to order the banana peppers I usually order on the side. I called the store to order I was told I couldn't use the coupon I was going to use because I was ordering over the phone. Really?? Your website doesn't give me the option to order what I want so I don't get the discount I would have gotten if I could have used your online ordering? Sad to say I wont be ordering from here again.
