usually mcdonald’s has terrible service and stresses me out, but i’ve been here a couple times since moving to ann arbor, and have had a great experience each visit!
Kid-friendliness: there is a nice, well maintained playplace for kids to enjoy.

This place seems to have pretty freshly made food most of the time. They could do better with cooking their fries more, sometimes they're quite mushy. However, the inability to order a Happy Meal thru the app is seriously annoying. I have even mentioned this to an employee, and they had absolutely no idea there was a problem with it. No other location has given me an issue when trying to order a Happy Meal. And when you walk in the door of the restaurant there is never a single employee visible anywhere near the counter. I know they've really been pushing us to use the kiosks to order, but sometimes you want/need to speak with a person, but where are they??

This is the second time I’m posting about your rude employees. I noticed the sign posted in drive through about treating the employees poorly won’t be tolerated but I believe they’re failing to mention what they said to provoke it. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was parked to continue waiting. We watched the big girl with blue and green hair running the food out to cars complain to herself walking back in. When she ran my food out I asked her to wait so I could check it over, literally that’s it, I wasn’t rude and I had 2 sandwiches to look at quickly. She talked over me and said have a good day. So I said it again and she replied with “sure, it’s not like I have anything better to do.” I think her intention saying that was to make me feel uncomfortable and she didn’t expect me to say anything back cause she looked surprised when I did. Stop allowing unprofessional people to deal with customers and maybe you won’t have to tape up signs.
