I usually wouldn't rate a McDonald's, but this is the only one I will go to now. The staff are always so nice, especially the excited guy that typically runs the drive through speaker. Food is always hot and fresh, and the milkshake machine has never been down in my experience! Usually I have the tiniest amount of wait at the second window - but only because they are always wrapping up on finishing making my food fresh, and it's typically like 2 minutes, if even.

Whitmore Lake Rd McDonald's has the oddest layout of any McDonald's I've ever been inside. It's not user-friendly and there are zero menu boards except if you use the kiosks. The workers don't pay attention to whether someone is at the counter wanting to order, partly because walls are blocking their view, as I saw happen to another customer waiting. The employee who handed me my food was friendly. One of my Grinch meals was missing fries, so that wasn't great. I wanted them to stay hot while I drove in the cold, so I didn't check the boxes before leaving. Lastly, someone was mopping the entire floor during the lunch rush and whatever solution they used was super slippery. I nearly fell, although I was wearing good winter boots. I said something to her and she apologized for not having the caution signs out yet. All in all, I don't really want to go back to that location.

I had the app fail and the on sight manager Ryan looked into any issues. Regardless of any issues he made sure I had my order fast and fresh.

What economic re pricing? Got told COULDN'T get a BIG Mac with Quarter Pounder patties. Or, a double quarter pounder on a BIG Mac buns with big Mac sauce not ketchup or onions.

My friend and I made pick up orders and sent our friends up there to pick up. We live 5 minutes away and 40 minutes later I called them to see if everything is good and both of them are confused because the orders are wrong and none of the workers know what's going on. They just keep going around in circles like they have no idea how to do their job. I had to call the store to see what's going on and the guy who answered the phone didn't really know what's going on. It's simple. You get the order. You make the order. You put it in the bag. This place has really gone to shit.
The place is trashed, like literally disgusting.. we have tons of pictures after having to go inside after 45 minutes but this picture really sold it for us.
Another update.. my friend just got back over an hour later.. again we live 5 minutes from this location. The workers came to the drive thru in sunglasses at 10 at night. I can only imagine what these workers are on tonight. Like I don't even wanna eat this food. Who knows what the hell these workers did.

I have to wait a very long time for my order and on top of that, they normally get the orders incorrect. While I was waiting I had to listen to their employees having gossip conversations laced with much, much cussing. Such a turn off when employees act like animals.
