I ordered a breakfast from this McDonald's and the person at the drive through said I didn't have any order despite already being charged and when I tried to cancel my order on the app I was unable to as it was already prepared. The staff during the day is fine but don't trust the morning staff

I had to wait 25 minutes for a big Mac and two cheeseburgers and a shake that they let sit out on the counter and melt for a DoorDash delivery. The employee completely ignored me. Finally, two employees showed up from the back and helped. It isn’t like they were busy. They were maybe two cars in the drive-through. I do see that fast food employees obviously hate DoorDash workers, but I’m trying to feed my family. They should understand that.

We sit in line in front of the speaker for over a hour before anyone ask us for our order. We couldn't get out to leave or we would of been long gone. Never said a thing about why the long wait. Never again will you see anyone I know there.

They ran out of chicken nuggets and then canceled the order. Had to go inside re-order and they put me at the lowest priority. I was raged. I do not recommend this place if you are in a hurry somewhere.

Drive thru lady had an attitude when the McDonald’s app wasn’t working and kept trying to hurry me up when I asked her for help definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody else

Both McDonald’s app and Google says open 24 hours and the app let me order and yet after ordering and then driving to McDonald’s turns out nope either they have lazy employees that don’t wanna stay open or the McDonald’s app is lying I get Google isn’t always right but the companies app should have 100% accurate info and not let me order food then waste my gas money driving to McDonald’s when it’s not even open in the first place

The service here is terrible. This location consistently neglects the curbside pickup and regularly will have you waiting 20+ minutes for your food. There’s no reason I should see tons of cars filter through the drive though and sit here that long for your food. Often times the drive through messes up orders too. If you offer a service to people, you should prioritize that service just as much as the other services you offer, otherwise, get rid of it or fire the workers neglecting it.

I have been going to this Mcdonalds for about 6 months now. I use the mobile app to order 95% of the time. This Mcdonalds has never once gotten my order incorrect. They are also always friendly, even when it is obvious they are busy. I am always greeted with a pleasant greeting at the speaker and the window. They are speedy, and the food is reliably good quality. I have no complaints about this place.

Went to the drive thru ordered a quarter ponder meal it us supposed to be cooked when you order it nobody in front of me thru burger was Over cook got it ad soon as I pulled up got home and it was cold over cooked the cheese wasn't melted it was the worst burger I gave ever eaten SMH
