The person taking the order had a hard time getting it right a n d when we got home the order was wrong. I ordered a Mc double and got a chicken sandwich. But I was too far away to go back. And they would not answer the phone to take my complaint

I’m just going to say it…..turns this place into something else. So many people working and it still takes longer than 15 to get your stuff. You pay a small fortune for the food and it’s abysmal to say the least. The lady that gave me the food was nice though.

I don't wanna sound like a boomer (I'm literally 23) but I hate it when places don't have someone at the register, or at least someone checking the register to see if there's a customer standing there. I wanted to pay in cash but I ended up just paying with a card at the order kiosk because it has been a good 5-10 minutes and no one had come out to take the payment yet. My egg McMuffin was great but they didn't put whipped cream on my iced caramel mocha :( I'd been standing there so long waiting that I just wanted to leave at that point and didn't bother asking them to fix it. I also had to help an older man and his wife figure out the order kiosk while waiting when I noticed he was waiting for someone to take his order at the register. Not cool.

This place should be shut down. Wait 40 minutes for a mobile order and get an attitude and the WRONG FOOD. Phone number doesn’t work. If you don’t have staff close the doors. People have lives to live. Never again.

Every single time I try this place the food is awful. I keep hope something would improve because we do not have a lot of options. I have had chicken that was like a brick. Hamburger that was dried out no tops on the quarter pounder. Just awful. Go into Pinckney and it is an entirely different story.

I'll like to start this by saying how useless the cashier's are. My fiance and I were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because this is the closest McDonald's to where we are. The fries were old and burnt and the food wasn't even fresh. I'd expect better but this particular McDonald's is trash. I'll definitely be going out of my way to the Lee road McDonald's or even Howell.Also, they can't count your money correctly so be sure to pay on your card.
No menu on the wall at all, nobody comes up to the register or even comes out to acknowledge you. They have 4 spots to place your order yourself. I waited almost 25 minutes for just mcnuggets. Then a guy pokes his head out and say"nuggets", I walk up and he sets it on the counter and turns around and walks away. No, "sorry for the wait" or even a thank you. Terrible.
