Michella was a breath of fresh air! My family and I stopped in for dinner and she came from the back with a smile on her face and such fun energy! We visit a lot of subways and this by far is the best for customer service! I will say my son noticed a squishy spot on the flood by the soda machine that was a little concerning and maybe something to look into. Thank you again michella we will be back
Stopped in for lunch today. The man working was hilarious and made a great sub. I’ll definitely be back.
Misty was very professional and friendly once I walked through the door. The first green flag of my visit. The portions were perfect (I usually have to ask for more veggies, cheese, get it toasted longer, etc.) But not with Misty; this lady should make training videos for Subway worker orientations. Seriously. However, what really impressed me was the way she handled what I can only describe as Pandora's box being opened. A racoon rushed the door as a fellow patron was trying to walk in. Misty, cool as a cucumber, approached this animal with an oatmeal raisin cookie as a distraction. She advised me not to be alarmed and everything would be okay. I never felt so safe in my life. She swiftly, yet delicately picked up the racoon by the scruff and released it on the side of Grand River where it came from. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this location, especially if Williamston's very own sub prodigy/racoon-wrangler is on shift!
Misty is a great sandwich maker. I think having only one person working the weekend is insane. Between online orders and walk ins it's just too much for one person.

Even when I walked in with crutches the two people at the counter middle aged and younger girl both brown hair were so rude and I tried to go online to get the deal because the younger girl basically rolled her eyes and walked to the back. I was ordering online subs for the guys that work right next door at the oil change place. Once I placed my order for 4 subs it took $ out of my account and then said voided. I crutched up to the counter and tried to address my concern that it just voided my order, but took $ out of my account she turned to me and said “We have nothing to do with the app sooooo…” what a b! she proceeded to say the app is through corporate and it takes 10 minutes for the order to come through. I said again it just VOIDED my order online you must be having issues online can I get the buy one get one deal in the store? we have NOTHING to do with the app! its freaking through SUBWAY! so I said screw it and started crutching back to my car as I was opening the door with my A$$ I looked up and asked her if she was the manager and she says m NO MAAM I said You can tell and proceeded to leave. Whatever you do think again about yhis subway I’ve been to Many & Never have I felt so uncomfortable even walking through the door!

Wanted a quick sub after walking the trails tonight. I’m glad I decided to stop here! Girls working the counter were very upbeat and loaded up my sub with fresh veggies. Would definitely stop here again!

We are locals, and its ALWAYS bad. Their bread is extremely dry, if you get it toasted it will turn to dust. Lady making the sandwiches could'nt have given 2 flying * about how the sandwhich came together. Wife found a bone in her chicken. Overall the worst experience and subway I've ever been to.

Almost all of the employees here are rude, and unenthusiastic to help with the smallest of requests. Stopped going in the store and started using the app due to the workers having such a chip on their shoulder. You can tell the moment you walk in the door that they hate their job and wish you weren’t there.

Hailee was working when I came in and she was absolutely rude! If you can’t be nice, DONT work in customer service. Felt very uncomfortable and she had a nasty attitude.

Just passing through! Wanted lunch and it was awsome. The girls at the counter were wonderful and filled me in on your tornado months back, thats wild! Anyways it was awesome, quick & friendly service. Managed to upsell me a cookie and that too was wonderful! Oatmeal raisin :) my
