I wish I could give this place a 5 star, but every single time my boyfriend and I have WALKED up to the window to get ice cream, they forget something in our order… Highly disappointing to have such a close ice cream shop nearly right next door from us and they forget the hot fudge in my brownie fantasy this time. Before today, it was the brownies, and before that, the wrong size twist cup. Great ice cream since nobody there touches that aspect.

Staff is usually nice but they don't clean the machines, I've gotten several smoothies and they ended up having chunks of Reeces in them!! I have a friend with a severe peanut allergy and if I were him I'd be in the hospital right now!! CLEAN YOUR MACHINES!!
I have only really encountered this issue with any of the blended things, the ice cream cones are fine but the smoothies are usually pretty nasty, would avoid if you have any kind of allergy.

Everything I have gotten there is good and service is good but tonight I was at Parchment Twisters to order a freeze and was told slushies weren't available. Not happy.
We are frequent visitors at the Alma location and happened to see this location as we were traveling to visit family. Knowing how much we love Spad's Twisters back home, we had to stop... I mean it's always time for ice cream! We were just as pleased with this location! The cones were HUGE and TASTY! The staff were friendly and cheerful! I am so so pleased with Spads!
