Actual pieces of corn beef. Not the can stuff was in the high end of price, but you get plenty to eat. Drove to kalkaska afterwards and was still full!

One of my favorite finds on my way home from up north, the slaw was the best I ever had! And this pumpkin roll is amazing!

Were not friendly when we asked about gluten free and had no knowledge of gluten related things. There was only 2 other tables of people in there and were no where near full and the waitress just gave us attitude and tried to ignore us asking about gluten free because one of us is celiac

Farm to table restaurant off I-75 serving farm fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a small and cozy space that is very inviting.
Our server was Alissa, she was welcoming and friendly.
Today we ordered a Reuben with sweet potato fries and a chipotle black bean burger with zucchini fries. The Reuben was one of the best we have had, and the black bean burger was just as amazing and had a nice kick to it. The fries were crispy and delicious.
They have several condiments on the table, including a jalapeño ketchup and also a bacon ketchup.
Baked goods and treats? We came to the right spot. They have about 8 flavors of fry pies, several large pies to choose from, muffins, donuts, and cookies. Some of these treats are Amish made.
They also have a little store set up in the entryway offering frozen meats, ice cream (grass fed Michigan cows), and frozen ice cream treats. There are some dry soup mixes, flavored maple syrups, real farm fresh milk in glass bottles, and a lot more!
Outside they had some seasonal pumpkins and gourds along with mums, cornstalks, and bails of hay.
10/10 worth the stop!

We love the good food that this place provides. It gets busy and full, but there's a reason.

This place was phenomenal! It’s a small diner with a wonderful atmosphere. The food was exceptionally good, service was impeccable. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this family owned restaurant! We will be back.

This food was SO good! Definitely fresh and tasty! We waiting about 30 minutes and it was worth it. The back of the house (busser and kitchen) has that place rocking. The servers were rude to the back of the house and our server only came to the table once. Left a sour taste in my mouth watching the servers yell at the busser and kitchen staff from across the room. The servers really made us feel like we were an inconvenience. However, if you’re looking for a great meal, this is where it’s at!

The fried chicken was good but sadly only 1 small boneless breast. Such a shame. The sides were cold. Skip the disappointment and stop elsewhere.
