Andy's has a coupon for a one topping large pizza with the total coming out to around $8. The staff seemed busy when I came in, and despite being busy still were welcoming. Based on staff feedback of difficulty entering the order for the large pepperoni at the coupon price, the computer system may need updated to streamline the ordering process. The first person I spoke with deferred to a second when they were unable to enter the order. The staff sounded frustrated. The establishment has two tables and chairs to dine in or to serve as a place to sit while you wait. The pizza was done in under 15 minutes. I came in between 10 and 11 am. This is my second time eating here. The price, speed, and friendly staff brought me back.

Had free delivery but now new company owns it so there charging $2.50 but paperwork says always free delivery I won't be back an I use to go there once a week an always gave a tip never again

Ordered 2 whole subs and had delivered tonight on half of sub was at least 1/4 cup of mayo and not enough meat to make a half sub. Very disappointed tonight had the same subs not even a month ago and were excellent but not tonight. Would have called but you were already closed.

Was here couple years ago and was good. Dont know what happened but is terrible now. Last 3 times we ordered was 90 minutes or more and always was missing something. How hard is it to take an order and make sure the customer gets what they wanted. I will tell anyone not to go here. 3 strikes , never going back so many better places to order. Make sure you see my picture.

Normally everything turns out good besides forgetting utensils and sometimes add ons but food is always good recently had a shift manager Emily there at Woodhaven really hang up on me like she couldn't hear me 4 times in a roll as soon as I said can you hear me she hung up called from someone else phone and she finally answered I'm a truck driver so I know my phone works I use it daily good signal. I always get there large one topping special mon-thurs and a half pound of wing dings and chili cheese fries besides the point ALWAYS tip 5 or 10 dollars she told me that the pizza was 13.95 that day and they where charging delivery fee this was a Thursday at 8pm I told her I have every time I order up there on fb there website everywhere says 7.95 large special Monday threw Thursday went up there to talk to the manager and of course it was her so yeah I was pretty upset about it and wanted to talk to the owner she wouldn't give me the number obviously lieing about the special deal that's posted everywhere and the number. She said read the bottom of the page very small letters stating that prices vary to change so yeah I hope everyone reads this and realize how it's gone downhill try to order today and it was her again put ne on hold and said I couldn't order from there no more lmao good ill save my money me and a lot of other drivers thanks emily

I can not believe we were told they can not make our sub in the southgate location. We helped build u guys. The girl on the phone was a bit××. Hope we get it right!! We will order our sub again. ? ?
If I could give a zero I would ordered pizza bread and a salad Monday at 7:53 said should be delivered by 8:53 well at 9:08 I called and the man said that the driver was gone and should be there any minute called back at 9:25 and now a lady says she's already left don't know what's she's doing she should have been there finally at 9:35 here she comes and only has my bread and salad no pizza . I was like wheres the pizza she says I don't have it now i am mad .words were exchanged and she took off with the bread and salad that was already paid for. So now I am really mad.so ended up at andys walk in and the lady says here's your pizza I said we'll she stills has my others items so two hours later ended up with cold pizza. I will never ever return . Two hours for a delivery. And both times I called they knew she didn't have the pizza.....

Ordered food 7pm; several pizzas, a salad, cheese bread… waited 90 min and called, said it’s on its way, waited some time more, called said it’s on its way. Finally almost 10pm driver arrives w just cheese bread. When asked the driver about the rest I was told “not her problem, she’s now clocked out”Called and the staff hung up, called back and management was uncaring, said they were closed and refused to refund.Of course I was charged for all the food on my credit card. NEVER AGAIN… reading reviews now, this isn’t uncommon and the company responses are basic with no resolution (obviously because it keeps happening).
