Why isn’t Applebee’s serving corned beef and cabbage for Saint Patrick’s day?

Went here last week. Both me and my friend got sick.. I never had mozzarella sticks that tasted so burnt in my life... like they were deep fried twice after sitting out the first time for 2 hours. Horrible.. and who deep fries garlic bread that was disgusting. Chicken Alfredo was also horrible. Just really bad food all around.

Service was awesome today Maggie was out server and she was the sweetest made sure we were taken care of on an extremely busy night where the kitchen was killing the servers but Maggie made the best of it for us

Waited 15 min to be addressed by the waitress who didn’t even say hi or what her name was.
Ordered immediately and we just got up now and walked out after 35 min of waiting for a burger, chicken tenders and cheese sticks.
Steer clear. Won’t be back. Horrible service

The ownership/management at this location is a joke. I am not one to leave bad reviews because I understand things happen but every time we do business here it’s a trainwreck. We just waited 45 minutes after our promise time for our carside pickup order and left without our food. We asked for a manager and no one came out, they seemed to careless.

So disappointing. Carside to go takes 30 min longer than the anticipated time when you place the order. This is supposed to be a nice treat and super convenient and instead it’s just become a hassle as this has happened on multiple occasions.

2 stars only because of the girl that ran the food out. DO NOT PARK WHERE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO FOR CAR SIDE TO GO! You will never get your food, get in line. I called and you think someone would've told us to get in line but after 20 minutes of waiting because they said they would be right there I called back and they said to get in line. The girl ran it out thankfully but seriously why have the parking spots if you don't want people using them? Or why not tell people when they call?

Overall not a bad place. I was with a party of 4 and we were sat right away, got drinks in a decent amount of time despite it being crazy busy. Our waitress was great! The food however wasn’t awesome. Every piece of chicken that came to our table was completely over cooked and hard as a rock. The manager was kind enough to take care of that problem. Would probably try it one more time. Just beware of overcooked chicken.

The food tasted as if it had been microwaved. The only thing that was somewhat decent were the mozzarella sticks. The pasta was watered down, with a completely broken sauce, and the bread was tough to chew. The chicken tenders were burnt, and the honey mustard sauce tasted sour. I do not recommend this location.

Stopped by right after 11:00 today. Hostess Sat us right away we sat there for 15 minutes no one came to our table. There was only 1 other table in use while we were there. The bartender seen us the manager seen us and did not greet us. I was a server for over 33 years with Bob Evans let me tell you if I did that I wouldn't have a job. We ended up at I-Hop great service and great food.
