Went with my husband as I made him go with me to get ice cream. We order at the window, pull up. They hand. Him his ice cream and then tell me they don’t have either of two flavors I ordered because it’s too frozen…but that’s why I’m here. They didn’t have one or the other. It was chocolate and gold medal ribbon. I thought you’d keep them readily available considering their popularity? Maybe I don’t know. Needless to say my husband who didn’t want to go got ice cream and I got nothin. I won’t go again…

I will never come here again. I ordered a cake online and called the location night before pickup to check on the cake and see if it was ready early. The guy on the phone told me yes and I can come get it. When I arrived nobody knew what I was talking about and hardly felt like they knew what my order was. They assured me that I can come by tomorrow to pick it up. Well, I just went inside to pick up my order at the time that my email told me to and I am unsurprised to find out that nobody knows what I'm talking about again. Two workers went to the back of the store to figure it out. They walked back to the front, completely ignoring me which I found incredibly rude, and check their cake freezer which indicates to me that there's a problem. I ask them if I can have a refund. They say they made my cake for me but it's a bigger size than I ordered. Great. I asked if I could have that instead, or get a refund. The two workers, one of which is on the phone with somebody I'm assuming is instructing them on how to fix their screw up, went to the back of the store again and told me that they just had to write "Happy Birthday" on it. I'm waiting around and I'm getting close to asking for a refund again when they finally bring me a cake that is nothing like what I ordered and nothing like what they said they were going to give me instead. They clearly took a pre-made cake and wrote "Happy Birthday". If that is what I wanted to pay for then I would have never bothered making a custom cake order. Do better.

The other bad reviews are hilarious because it's so true. The night shift man has a awful attitude and does not want to serve you. He will tell you the credit card machine is not working, then after you say you have no cash it miraculously starts working again. Probably pocketing the cash but who knows! Awful place I'll take my money elsewhere.
The midnight guy is extremely rude. He ruined my late night trip for a snack. I was in a good mood until I came there. Now I am sad.

Was just in there with my wife and 3yr old. Before we were done eating our ice cream one of the workers turned on some loud explicit music then proceeded to laugh when I told my 3yr old that we needed to leave because of the dirty music. Lots of words that a 3yr old should not hear.
